Also received a call to do testing to see how my blood flowed into my feet I declined it because that should have been check by the,podiatrist using his hands. Guess since he is the only game in town he can get away with all this hocus pocus nonsense. Well I see a true podiatrist the actually spends time on my feet the right way.

I have used the same information with other clients and it was enough but for some reason ( probably because it was a lot of work on her end) she refused to try and see if the insurance was correct. These people come to us from all walks of life and many do not have actual insurance cards let alone clothes or personal belongings and more importantly some of these insurance policies don't even come with cards.I would not recommend this office to anyone who doesn't have a very deep knowledge of exactly how medicare and medicaid work because if you don't they will simply say they won't help you. Or you don't have coverage. They have missed out of our business and I was always very empressed with Dr. Mossel in the past when we worked with him. It's unfortunate that the receptionist is a representative of this office.

My mom has had way too many bad experiences while in this adult rehab center. She is only 74 years…read moreold, does not have dementia, and has all her wits about her and knows when she is being neglected. She went in for rehab on her hip and shoulder, currently in a wheeler chair and needs help getting in and out of it. She rings and rings, has to shout, and no one comes to help her to the toilet. Sadly she was forced to wet the bed 2x in the first 48 hours there. One of the nurses told my mother that "being it's the weekend we are short staffed and the head nurse is also on vacation..." and that why she was left to pee on the bed/floor!?! 3 days later I drove up and my mom and I talked to one of the Directors about both of these experiences. Just was hoping things would turn around for the better for my mom while she's there. One nurse told her she's a 2-3 person job being she's heavy set and that she'll have to wait until she could find another person to help. That's fine, but hold her bladder for an hour? When they do help her on the toilet she's then left for an hour before they return to help her off. This is sad and humiliating for her. Nothing has changed after 10 days. Now she tells me she's just not going to drink that much water!!! Last night she was left in the activity center and needed help to get back to her room. She also has an oxygen tank to carry so she needs help. She was left sitting for hours and had to resort to yelling for someone to help. Now she's worried they'll label her 'mean' for 'yelling'...but again, no one came. After an hour went by, and more screaming at the top of lungs, a nurse from the other side of the building heard her and came running to help. This nurse said "I had to rescue you the other day too, where are all the people on this side of the building?" Now this morning my mom tells me someone woke her up at 4 am to rub a cream on her groin?? They said she had a rash...my mom was like " it's 4 am!?!" Not sure what's happening but we're checking out of this place. Leadership at Metron simply has not hired enough of the right people and it seems training the staff is neglected at this adult care facility. I feel bad for the dementia patients there who can't communicate and let someone know what's happening.

My sister was a patient here for a couple of days. The lack of care was disgraceful. When they finally brought her a bedside lavatory, it was encrusted with old urine. When she would ring for help, no one came for a long time, and when they did they were surly and rude. My sister honestly felt that if she stayed there any length of time, she would have died. As a former registered nurse and director of nursing, my sister knows what she is talking about. She was supposed to be there for a few weeks of rehab for a hip injury, yet they left her lying in bed all day and only got her up once a day. She laid there crying in pain because they wouldn't or couldn't get her pain meds to her. Fortunately, she was able to arrange to be discharged after just a few days and is now doing much better having her rehab at home. Don't let any of your loved ones go to this place!

Also, our view was of the roof of the building which was severely bad shape. Given that there aren't any nice hotels nearby, this is an okay place to stay but it needs cleaning and updating.

Have used the one on Gilbert a couple of times with good service. Everyone was nice to me. Have gone to the MCPC in Canadian Lakes for years and have had good service. I sometimes have to wait for prescription refills, but their statement clearly says to allow up to 72 hours for refills. I try to do that, and find it reasonable. It takes a while to get an appointment for routine things, but that isn't any different than all doctors. They are all busy. If I am really sick, they will get me in. My husband has gone to the MPCP Pain Clinic on Gilbert for years and gets excellent service.

We arrived 15 minutes early, yet waited over an hour past the scheduled appointment time without being seen. The physician arrived after the scheduled start time, and there was no communication, update, or apology from staff during the delay. After being placed in an exam room, we continued waiting with no contact from anyone. When I attempted to check in at the nurses' station, staff did not acknowledge us. Given the length of the delay and the fact that I had taken unpaid time off work, we ultimately had to leave and reschedule. One purpose of the visit was to renew ongoing prescriptions. After rescheduling, I proactively requested refills to avoid interruption in care, especially given the uncertainty around being able to take additional time off work for yet another appointment. Despite this, I was told to wait until the appointment. This creates unnecessary risk for patients who rely on consistent medication access. I understand that delays can happen in healthcare, but the complete lack of communication, consideration for patient time, and refusal to provide continuity of care were disappointing. Due to this experience, we will be seeking care elsewhere.

We called and fortunately for us they were available and took us in within minutes of calling! Now I do not hunt so I used this place more as a bed and breakfast rather than for the hunting aspect. Upon driving up to the ranch, we were greeted with nothing but the utmost respect. All of the ranch hands and staff are truly kind gentlemen and welcomed us with hospitality. We went on a day where it had snowed something terrible the day before and our car could not make it up the driveway. They gave us a ride in one of their pickup trucks up to the lodge and while we settled in, they plowed for us and even drove our car up for us so we didn't have to go back in the cold! They let us have our pick of the rooms available and even carried all of our luggage to it! Breakfast was served the next morning at our desired time and the cook was very sweet and catered to everybody's individual preferences with professionalism. The lodge itself is absolutely stunning and very clean and also quite large! It had a grand living room, a bar room complete with fireplace and stocked wood, a sauna, a massage room, and an open kitchen with an extra large dining area that opened up to the back porch that had the most beautiful view of the land below! We had the whole place to ourselves. It was literally like having our own extra large "cabin in the woods" to ourselves the entire night! The lodge was extremely clean and decorated tastefully. I'm not at all into hunting or taxidermy but could still appreciate how beautiful the lodge was decorated and built otherwise. Modern with a cozy feel! Would definitely be back. Would make for one awesome getaway with a group of family or friends! A++ and definitely worth checking out if you love that feeling of being lost in nature. :) calm and beautiful. This place, if you choose to hunt here, will teach you how to clean, dress, and cook your venison! Even those who don't hunt will find a great place in the off season to hike the trails. The meals were delicious, every one of them! The room was comfortable and spacious, and there are only 6 of them, so you will never feel crowded with too many guests. 24 hour access to ice, fridge, and soft drinks is a nice touch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come again.
