    We hired the crew at fantastic fire department for our sons 3rd birthday. We had kids ranging from 2-6. Everyone had a blast... including the parents. Great photo opportunities, and the birthday boy was given special treatment with going first with the activities, and getting a book and small toy at the end. He had so much fun, and I couldn't have been more pleased with how everything turned out. I highly recommend this event, and company!! As a side note, they do arrive with lights and sirens, and it's quite the spectacle...so fun for us...however, our neighbors called the cops concerned with the noise. it's only for an hour, and the police just kept on driving with out any hassle.

    Great birthday event. Chris and his crew were on time, engaged the kids, good energy and lots of fun. We had about 10 kids, ages 3-5 and they all had a blast. Worth every penny!

    These guys were awesome! A little background info - I needed to rent some tables and chairs for a…read moreHalloween party and did quite a bit of cost comparison. I found that many rental places charge about the same pretty reasonable fee for basic tables and chairs but where the cost differs is in the delivery and set up. Most of the companies I looked into charged exorbitant fees for in town delivery and compounded that already high cost if I wanted them to set up the items or bring them further than 75-100 feet from the curb (my set up site was 125 feet from the curb - ugh!). I put calls into about 10 different companies for quotes and, whereas Discount Party Supplies was the first to call me back, it took many of the other places up to a week to respond! The guys I worked with were courteous and very good about potential to changes in our order. We were unsure how the weather was going to be and they were willing to work with us up until very close to the last minute on the possibility of adding tents if we needed them in case of rain. They have a lot of equipment allowing them a modicum of flexibility in orders. Pros: Over all, the service was great, the set up and delivery were the most reasonable I was able to find, the tables and chairs were new, clean, and in good condition ( they told me they phase out older equipment regularly), they called one week in advance to confirm the order and delivery time, the staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: I have little if anything bad to say about this business. Were I to be very nit-picky, it is scarcely worth mentioning, but they do request cash on delivery although the website states that they accept a variety of credit cards. They do not offer any email confirmation (this made me a little nervous that they could be a fly by night company that might not show up but they turned out to be great). And they ended up delivering the equipment a day early (after receiving my approval) only because they were so busy with deliveries. The early delivery was totally fine with me but I imagine some people might not be able to accommodate the equipment for longer than expected. Short of those very negligible points, I cannot say enough good about Discount Party Supplies! I'm very happy with their service!

    If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Never in my 26 years of life have I ever left a…read morereview on a business, but this one is well deserved. My gender reveal was yesterday 10/25/25. I placed my order and paid my deposit on 10/2/25. I was told that I would receive a rental agreement within the next few days. On 10/17/25, I still hadn't heard anything regarding the agreement or me paying my final balance, so over the next few days, I called, left voicemails, and emailed numerous times. On 10/20/25, I finally got a return call and was able to sign my rental agreement and pay my remaining balance in full. On 10/23/25, I received a call confirming that the drop off time would be 8:00am-11:00am (also on my rental agreement) and confirmed that my event would be starting at 1:00pm. Come the day of my event, it's 10:51am, so I'm getting nervous. I called this so called "business" 8 times, left 2 voicemails, emailed, my husband called, my mom emailed and NOTHING! At 1:57pm (after my event has already started and my guests have arrived), I get a call from an employee asking me what time I'd like my delivery dropped off because, "The information his boss gave him didn't have a drop off time." I explained how I've reached out to them multiple times this morning with no response and that an employee reached out days ago to confirm the details of my event, which are also on the rental agreement (that I was staring at while on the phone with him). His response was, "Yeah my boss isn't answering our calls either, it's his son's birthday, so what would you like us to do?" I explained how my event started an hour ago and that I needed a refund at this point. What was the point of a rental agreement if the company can't even follow it? My order was paid in full and never in my life has a business just not shown up to deliver what I've paid for and not even offer an apology or rectify the situation. I am almost 5 months pregnant with my first child and they quite literally almost ruined my entire event. Luckily, I had family members pull through for me. If not for them, my guest would've been sitting on the freaking ground outside. This place scammed me out of over $300 (still have yet to receive confirmation or an update on my refund) and has ZERO customer service skills... unprofessional to say the least. DON'T USE THIS PLACE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO RECEIVE WHAT YOU PAID FOR!
