An employee Roberto was looking at my perplexed face and said, " I can get those down for you. How many do you want?" We have gone through a few of the Blokees series so it was cool to see that they have the newest series available. This is my first time in and I was overwhelmed by all the fun things to look at. My toys of choice is Hello Kitty, anything cute and plushies. I did see an option of Hello Kitty figures but I already have them. I was mesmerized by the cute boba and cotton candy plush. My favorite section of the store was towards the front where the smaller toys and gadgets were at. I love playing with little things and there's quite a few options available. My husband ended up getting a few Blokees blind boxes. I got a squishy boba toy. It was just Valentine's day so I didn't have the heart to ask my husband for the 50 dollar plush. I will have to grab it the next time we are in if it's still there. I would say this could have been a flawless experience but the customer service wasn't there. What confuses me is when people work at fun stores like a toy shop like this, a bakery or candy shop and their customer service is meh.
