I had a full treatment from pedicure to manicure and also get my eyelashes done. Annie the lashes artist does amazing jobs. She made my eyelashes look so natural and beautiful. Just like a make over for me. I highly recommend anyone want get there lashes done come to Fantastic Nails of Brandon.

Usually I would be posting a beautiful picture of the nails and raving about his place but they didn't give me the time of day.. literally So I called earlier today wanting to get a full set gell and they asked me what time I could come in so I asked is there a preferred time she said no so I said I'll come in two hours so we scheduled and that was it. Later I came in a couple minutes early before my appointment and I noticed most the chairs were full but I signed anyways and told them I had an appointment and was told to pick a color and wait.. So five minutes goes by after my appointment time and another couple comes in and wanted two pictures with appointment and quoted 30min wait then another person came in and they quoted them 1 hour so I asked how is the wait for my spot, they said almost done so I was perfect they asked me to sit in the chair 20minutes go by and nothing has happened. So again the insisted someone was almost done.. I gave it 5 more minutes and politely told them I was leaving unfortunately I cannot wait 30/40minutes just to be there for another 1 1/2 getting my nails done. Hopefully people get a better experience than I did.

Yesterday I came here for the first time ! Located them on yelp ! Wanted to fine something close to the house and at a good price ! I check the reviews and guest had nothing but good things to say so I said why not ! Service was fast and my nails came out just like I wanted them ! The location is cute and up to date especially how long they have been open . The owner at the front is very nice as well ! I came in today because I wanted one of my nails to be just a little thicker , I'm a bartender and a student in the hospital so sometime you hit your nails on things and you don't want them to break ! Came in to fix it and it was on the house ! I will def be back to see them about a pedicure ! Thank you again ! read more

I went with my mom to get some pedicures and wanted to try this place out since it's close to home. They were quick to pick up the phone and very friendly. The salon smelt good and we were able to get taken care of quickly. We both got the deluxe pedicure and it was great. Did a great job on my gel pedicure. My mom stuck to the original polish and hers looks great too. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back! read more

I've been getting my nails done here for a while & always leave satisfied. The customer service is great & the salon is clean & inviting, they even offer a beverage upon request. I got a facial about three weeks ago. I was a little concerned about a possible reaction because I was not familiar with the products. It was a wonderful and very relaxing experience. Vivian explained each product as she applied it. My skin looked and felt refreshed for about a week afterwards. The scalp massage was a plus. I'll definitely do it again soon. read more

Vivian is very rude and unprofessional. she scheduled an appointment for me foe Mimi to do my nails. I rushed across town only to get there and for her to tell me to come back tomorrow. she also thought it was funny and not a big deal. Mimi don't let I Ian ruin your business. I will not be coming back to this salon. Now I see why other customers have hotten irritated with Vivian. Vivian is classless and her nails are trash! read more

I went today , the first time back in a salon for a while. And it wasn't a bad experience but at the beginning I showed my picture to Kevin and he did it after I showed it a few more times (still the wrong colors after I showed him what I wanted) and I asked him to do short nails and he didn't. They are longer than I normally like. But the quality of the nails are really good. They look fine it just was a rough start. It got bad when another customer next me sat down and asked for stiletto nails and he had no idea what they were and messed up her nails really bad. She asked him to fix it multiple time and they blamed her by saying to show a picture of the nails you want . She was right by saying they should know what they are doing and he obviously didn't. read more

I went in today with my sister in law and we had appointments which didn't seem to matter... my sister in law wanted something done with her broken nail and the tech she had got upset and rude with her so she was given a different tech. When she got to the new tech she didn't even get what she wanted, which was a green French tip. Instead she just got a solid color nail. While I was getting my nails done Kevin was rough with my fingers and made one bleed and leaving my nails sore from how rough he was... I went in to have a nice relaxing nail day on my BIRTHDAY and it ended up being quite the opposite... not returning. read more

This place is a scam!!! The most ive ever payed for a manicure as a dude was $10 and that was WITH clear nail polish, i come in and get a regular manicure here with a BUFF and got charged $30!!!! Broke a nail while moving to the area and tried 'fantastic nails' and the tech insisted on me switching to dip and was unhappy when I said I would rather please continue with acrylic. She proceeded to grind my nails down all the way removing most of the acrylic and giving me a new full set instead of just fixing my one or two chipped nails without asking. My nails are so thick and she left my cuticles with some hard crusty stuff all over my cutIcles and after washing and scrubbing with a towel 4 times, this is still how my fingers look.... :( all their pics have oil on the cuticles this is why. read more

I'm so picky with my nails and always afraid to try new techs. However, this shop is actually filled with all skilled nail techs. There are times where I come in last minute and didn't have time to schedule with Tacy or Helen and my nails still come out amazing. Huge polish selection and affordable prices, not like the places who try to nickel and dime you. Highly recommend this place to everyone! read more

This review is far too long over due! I have been coming here for over 3 years, I like my nails long and covered in bling! Tacy does my nails and my eyebrows and Kevin does my toes. Tacy is the sweetest and most patient nail tech I have ever encountered. My nails alone easily take over 2 hours. We have spent several late nights together well after they are closed and she never rushes or does a half ass job. My nails last about 4/5 weeks, it's best to schedule appointments in advanced because she does get booked. Over the years, she has been very accommodating with me if I'm running late or need to reschedule on short notice. She really takes pride in her work and really cares and enjoys trying new designs. I bring in a couple of inspiration photos and tell her to do her thing! Here's a couple of my faves she has done! Kevin is great at pedicures too and he does such a phenomenal job making my feet soft! I have never left here disappointed! read more

I stopped by this nail salon today and I received excellent customer service. Tri (nail salon manager), did a French overlay and I loved the results. I'm very picky and he was so patient with me. It was my first time there and he even offered to do one nail at a time to allow me to see before moving on. I appreciated the time he spent perfecting my nails to my liking. Brought my daughter in today and I said she just wanted a gel polish woth a design on her NATURAL nails! The woman at the entrance kept saying full set and I said No. Well, the guy put acrylic on her natural nails with the gel polish and design and charged $65! $70 total with tip. I had to pick my jaw up off the floor. I used to come here all the time and do both my nails and feet with design for just a little over this. I don't what happened here, but never again! read more

FANTASTIC NAILS NOT... Has to be the worst nail salon I've EVER been to. I took my 17 year old daughter n I for pedicures yesterday. The lady doing mine had ZERO personality. She was so rough my feet were tender when I left. It was kind of painful during, I've had many pedicures. I've never experienced this before. From the time my pedicure began until the end she never once said a word to me. She didn't bother to ask if I wanted my toe nails cut down or just filed. I have always been asked that before. The polish is all bubbled up and is starting to peel. Oh my goodness I could of done a better job that this. So disappointing: ( By the way it wasn't just me. Honestly my daughter texted me and she wasn't exactly impressed with her pedicure either. I just don't know how this nail salon is getting five stars. Puzzling... If I could give minus stars...
