I usually love this place!!! But I went today for a big chop and asked for a few long layers with my haircut. My hair looks like I had two different hair cuts put into one(shoulder length and then a bob put together). Since it is two different haircuts in one it is hard to style - I've tried to style it for the last two hours. & I have many short layers I did not ask for.. I did not realize how bad it was until I got home and my hair had air dried. I will now no longer be coming here for my hair cuts. I never wish this bad of service to anyone!!! I went here because I had a coupon for $29.95 7-foil hilites. I also got a cut. The hilites look nice and my cut is great. My stylist was Roxanne and she was amazing. I was watching Jackie while I was processing and she was doing a wonderful job too! I'll definitely be back! Great customer service + good prices! read more

Fantastic Sams has never let me down, one time I came in, in a hurry and I needed my hair curled in 15 minutes or less she ended up curling my hair in 15 minutes and it was very beautiful. The second time I went to Fantastic Sam's wasn't really that great it was a different woman and she cut my bangs kind all crooked but it wasn't my complete transformation I went to get a perm next day which I scheduled an appointment before 4 PM. The next day I arrived I waited a good 15 minutes before he started on my hair when the perm was done which was like a good two hours, my hair looks very beautiful the guy used two types of curler rods To make my hair look more natural. overall I've had great experiences with fantastic Sams I will go there when I need to get another perm.theone complaint about fantastic Sams is that they are very understaffed if you are going to get your hair cut there you might have to wait a little while because there are only around two employees working read more

Just spent 2 hours getting my hair butchered. Showed the girl a picture of what I wanted and it literally looks so bad now. She took so long that I didn't have time to ask to get it fixed because I had to pick up my kid from school. Hopefully I can find someone else to fix it. So upset about how awful it looks. read more
