If it was possible to leave half a star I would! I went in with an inspo pic for "lady Liz" to go off of and left with a lopsided bob! I have never seen such a nonchalant stylist who did not even examine the picture I gave her. I told her I did not want it above my shoulders and I was left with a shitty cut that ruined my entire weekend, I'm sure the other stylist in there are much better than Liz and I should have known from her vibe alone to ask for someone else. Angie greeted us as we came in and held the door open for Mama too, very Nice and Professional!! Super Friendly gal's that nit only give Excellent services but actually care about customers!! What a Treat! Full haircut services and can handle the little ones too!! Very convenient location next to HEB,so you can get multiple thing's done all at once!! Plenty of parking of course and more!! Went to get my haircut yesterday, was my first time here but i was a bit nervous to go. I was immediately greeted by Judith who cut my hair AMAZINGLY I must add. Although the salon is a bit small and out dated the service was FANTASTIC ! Came here for a quick haircut because my hairstylist cancelled last minute. Rebecca did my cut and was satisfied. The wait wasn't long either. The front desk girl was going to give me a man to do it at first then once I sat down he said I'm not really confident in cutting this style I was very thankful for his honesty. Well, it was good until it wasn't. And, when it went to crap, it went all the way. After having my hair highlighted there for almost two years, I went in, same stylist, and, without consulting me, she decided to do something different. Instead of touching up my highlights with highlights, as she'd always done, she decided to plaster lightener all over the grown out roots. Then, after waiting, went ahead and did the highlights. I ended up with the area that had grown out and she lightened all over a bright reddish color, while the remaining length had the regular ash blonde highlights. When I use home hair color--even ash shades, my hair always turns reddish. I always had her highlight because it blended better when growing out with my natural gray-streaked hair. When I asked her why, she said that she didn't want me to look washed out when I went in for surgery (I was going to have surgery). First, it was back surgery--I'll be face down. Second, who cares how they look when getting operated on--you can't even wear makeup. And, last, is she saying what she had been doing for almost 2 years made me look washed out??? And why not ask me first before doing something so radically different. I might have had something to say. Weeks later, I have regrowth that is grayish blonde,, a stripe next to the new growth that is brassy reddish blonde, and the remaining length with nice highlighted hair. It looks like what I'd have gotten if I'd just done it myself at home with bleach purchased at Walmart. Actually, I'd have done better at home. Every time I look in the mirror, I get angry again. Flash forward a weeks later, I needed a trim and my hubby wanted a cut. I wasn't going to get my roots done because, honestly, I'm still trying to figure out the best way to deal with the results from my last "color" done there. My regular stylist (who messed up my highlights) wasn't in but I thought it would be ok. I told the stylist I wanted my sides a little longer than the back, angling into the longer sides, and layers all over. She asked about my bangs and I said I liked them to hit my eyebrows. What I got was sides up short, back a couple of inches longer than the sides and bangs going across my forehead at least an inch above my eyebrows. I left literally looking like someone had put a set a bowl over my head and cut around it. I cried all the way home. I actually had dinner plans with friends and canceled. Now I have a bad dye job and a ridiculous cut. I looked at my hubby, who had always gotten great haircuts there, and his hair was almost gone. Everywhere And the back I could literally see patches of his scalp through the hair! What the hell happened up there? At any rate, I'll never go back. It's going to take months to grow the bad color job and haircut out. Then I'll need to find someone new. read more

I enjoy coming here, it's affordable, convenient, and the staff is friendly. They give military, veterans and first responders a discount and on Wednesday they offer a $10 cut. Heb sometimes offers a discount on the back of your grocery receipt. Many of the stylists used to work on a military bad so they know how to do a military cut just like on base. I always ask for Judith, she's great at what she does and a good conversationalist. read more

5 stars for Rebecca who cut my hair she was awesome....the manager, owner or register person at 9am........ 1 star....I came in after waiting for them to open register person told comein I'll be right with u after u sign in..waited 10-15 minutes while she didn't do anything to cut my hair was not caring about customer at all...Rebecca did all work cut gentlemen in front of me that they charge $14....for a much more intense hair cut....Rebecca finished with him.then cut my hair about 15 minutes later while other lady ran around in circles doing nothing...Rebecca called me next..did a good job ...very nice and knows what she is doing we had a good talk can't enough good about her...finished went to pay with one not carrying about customer and she says $18.95 which is really high for amount of hair that comes off...I never pay that much except for sport clothes I ps but they do wash wirh tea tree shampoo, head massage, back massage and style with products etc...so I am ok paying 21 to 25 for extra relaxation etc....but I didn't get anything but attitude from register person...keep in mind person in front of me paid $14 which is closer to what I usually pay... without coupons..I cut my hair often so never long... so doesn't make sense for me to pay a lot if 1 or 2 weeks cutting....bit if I pay more I would like more service and relaxation like sports clips.. less attitude at check out like every where else. . A bunch of thieves that work here. I left my sunglasses there and my stylist took them to the receptionist and asked her to put them away. A week later I called for them and no one knows what happened to them. This is not the first incident like this. A year ago or so I was getting my hair done and a client left his Yeti at my stylists station. She put the Yeti behind the desk and same day he called for it and Yeti was no where to be found. Bottom line.....you run a business and customer service is a must, if a customer leaves something behind, you put it away safely and hold for at least 30 days. You don't keep it and tell the customer you don't know what happened to it. The manager, Josie, was no help at all. She lacks customer service skills to say the least. Very unprofessional. read more

My husband went here to get his hair cut for his grandparents anniversary party. He asked for a basic fade and a little cut off the top. This is very normal for him to get and we have never had a problem anywhere else. He left with a big patch around his head where they did not fade his hair at all. So not only did I have to pay for his haircut here, I had to pay someone else to fix it! And before anyone recommends that I should have had them fix it, they had already messed it up so why would I trust them to even attempt to fix it? He would have wound up bald!! read more

I went there a few weeks ago with my mom and we both had haircuts with a style well when my stylist was finished blow drying my hair she didn't even have a curling iron ready to style my hair she went instead to get a flat iron she was going to try to curl my hair with a flat iron on already straight hair so she didn't even style my hair and my mother well her stylist didn't even cut her hair right its all uneven and on top of that we had to wait over an hour to even get our hair done and there was only one person in the waiting area so if I were to recommend this place I wouldn't even bring my dog to this place that's how bad the place was I will never go back there again it was the worst place I have ever been to to get my hair done and then the staff was rude to begin with so that made the experience even worse when you pay good money to get a haircut with style you hope the person who was supposed to be trained to do hair that they know what there doing well these people do not know so I will never go back there and in the future I would recommend that no one go there you might come out bald. read more
