What made me call: I love the way Kristen responded to each reviewer, both the high and low ratings, and how she personally engaged with each customer about their experience. I called to help my really good friend find a good salon, since my friend wasn't having much luck (most salons were snobbish and hung up on her regarding perms for long hair). I called and spoke with Kristen, explaining that my friend has not been to a hair salon before and what she was looking for. Kristen was so easy to connect with and answered all my questions, relaying helpful information I passed along to my friend. I got amazing friendly vibes from her so I instantly knew this was the perfect place! My friend went in and they already knew who she was, which gave her so much comfort and relief. She said that everyone she came in contact with was so sweet and caring. She has a consultation with Stephanie, who tested my friend's hair and gave her feedback she found extremely helpful to help her hair repair and when it was best to get a perm. My friend loved how honest, knowledgeable and caring Stephanie was and the time she is willing to take in the future to take care of her, she felt really happy and comfortable with her. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! Whoever was working at the counter at 4:00 today is a mean…read morehorrible awful person and made my daughter cry. She should be fired and I want management to do something about this. There was a sign at the front desk saying "take one" meaning a snack and she went to take one and the lady screamed at her and my daughter has been crying ever since. My daughter is the kindest most honest little girl and would never take something that wasn't offered. I am furious because the way this woman spoke to her was uncalled for and RUDE AND MEAN AND UGLY!!! I want her to apologize to my child immediately! I will be following up.
