She thinned my hair way too much after I said I wanted volume, she said it was to "add texture" but now I know it's because she was trying to fix her mistake to the point where it felt uneven and way less full than before. The layers were also cut the wrong way and didn't blend at all--it just looked choppy and awkward. I tried to trust the process while I was in the chair, but once it was done, I knew something was off. It didn't frame my face right and honestly just didn't look like a professional job nothing was even. I ended up having to go to someone else to fix it, which cost me even more time and money. A haircut is supposed to make you feel better, not stressed about how to fix it after. If you're looking to walk out less happy than when you walked in, this is definitely the place to go.

They are amazing and worth every penny to come to Wild Ivy to get your hair styled. When she washed my hair, the water temperature was either too cold or too hot, I had to tell her to adjust temperature several times and when she was washing my hair, her fingers bumped my head several times, it was not smooth. She had to have her instructor help her throughout the haircut. That's not what would expect when someone who is almost done with salon school.

But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later.
