I called to help my really good friend find a good salon, since my friend wasn't having much luck (most salons were snobbish and hung up on her regarding perms for long hair). I called and spoke with Kristen, explaining that my friend has not been to a hair salon before and what she was looking for. I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. The lady Angela who did it was nice and did say it wouldn't straighten my hair all the way just make it more manageable. I just am very disappointed, as one would be.
