I've never been so disappointed. I made an appointment for a cut on curly hair. I was reassured several times they work with curly hair and have had great results. My hair looks horrible. The layers were separated by two inches and at that super uneven. Looks nothing like the references I showed with similar texture and in general no cohesion to the haircut in any way.
