They were friendly when I entered. Very welcoming and nice. Atmosphere is fun and definitely for kids I would say. The prizes looked small lol I don't wanna be that person, but is it worth the cheap toy you "win" from the machines? We were at the Fashion Show Mall and my sister in-law and I happened to come upon Fantasy Claw Arcade. We were so excited as we had no idea it was there and we love claw machines. Upon walking in I was surprised to see SO many claw machines. This is probably the biggest claw machine arcade I've been to thus far and was excited to see a great variety of plushies and prizes in each game. There were cute Sanrio characters like Hello Kitty and Kuromi, Pokemon characters, and so many more. We exchanged $100 for coins and got a bonus 35 coins or so. This was a good amount to split between the both of us and we spent most of our time here instead of shopping like the rest of our family, lol. Most of the games take 1 token and move pretty quickly. The games seemed slightly harder to win compared to other arcades that I've been to and didn't grab on as easily so it took just a bit more strategy and adjusting. On average it seemed to take between 3-5 tries before it really grabbed on. I won quite a few within 1-2 tries (again, I love claw machines) and between the both of us won over 20 plushies and filled up two bags full. At the counter, they have a wall of prizes and larger stuffed animals available. We traded our wins for larger prizes which were of better quality. We kept a lot of the Hello Kitty and Pokemon plushes which were also pretty good quality as well. Overall, we had a lot fun! There's a lot of claw arcades in Vegas, but this one is a great option if you're in the area. read more

Eventually the staff will step in a move some items around, but we've had the least amount of luck at this place and after sinking in $40 and wining 1 plushie, it's always going to be kind of discouraging compared to the other claw arcades where you tend to walk away with a huge back of prizes. The trade up system here also has the smallest selection of options. read more

It's HUGE with a ton of different types of claw machines, including, a claw machine with multiple claws that drop together at the same time. Decided to check it out and followed their social media on instagram but only received 2 instead of the 3 that was posted. What a cute place! Love that everything was affordable (mostly 1 coin each only). They always have different promos going on, so we were able to get 55 coins for $40. They also provide a complimentary little pouch for you to put your coins in as well as a small plastic sling backpack to put your winning plushies in. The worker there was extremely nice.
