The photographers and videographers were excellent and the quality of their work was great. We had no issues with them during our engagement shoot or on our wedding day. The management at this company, however, was difficult to work with. Although the price here was lower than most other companies I researched, it was still not cheap. I often had to reach out to the company to discuss timelines, payment etc. Additionally, it took about 1 year for us to receive our wedding album and required me calling and emailing multiple times. Overall the quality of our pictures and videos are great, but it required more work on our end as compared to other companies my friends used. read more

We hired FFS as our wedding photographer and videographer ans they didn't disappoint at all! I felt like a movie start with the paparazzi all over us all night! Every single person from our first phone call to getting our photos was a dream to work with. Not one person was anything less than kind, smiley and professional! We are so so so happy with our video clip of our wedding and our photos! Made us and our parents tear up re-watching and viewing all over again! If you want unique, quality photos for your wedding, you will not be disappointed in this team! I would use them again for sure. We hired FFS as our wedding photographer and did an engagement shoot. When I got engaged, the one thing I wanted more than anything was great photographs of the wedding day. I absolutely cannot say enough about how impressed and happy I was to work with FFS. Every time I called with a question, they were incredibly responsive. The pricing was reasonable, but the product was phenomenal. I recently received my photos and am in complete and total awe of how they came out. The team that worked at my wedding was amazing, professional, and fun to be around. We could not be happier having selected this company to do our photos. What a great team I had in Chuck and Ann Hermann, accompanied by their assistant Barbara. I am not a fan of professional pictures and usually I prefer candid shots to posed shots. However, Chuck and Ann had a real knack for making the posed shots feel natural and not cheesy. They clearly understood different poses, angles, lighting, locations, and how to take advantage of every good shot. I don't think I saw them take a break the entire night- they were always there, capturing every opportunity and making sure I had the best options. In terms of personality, Chuck and Ann are exactly what I would have wanted. They were never pushy, but made suggestions and made sure they knew exactly what I was looking for. Immediately after the event Chuck posted some pictures on facebook for me to fill the time while I wait for the bulk of them to come through. I could not only see the outstanding quality of the shots, but his quick responses showcased his professionalism, extra effort, and that he sincerely cared about my post-wedding needs! He and his wife play off each other beautifully. They know exactly how to complement one another with different angles and positions, and have a hilarious dynamic that I found highly entertaining. Although it can be difficult to stand and take lots of pictures in a row, they did everything very efficiently and took good care of us. They brought us water and drinks while we took our wedding party shots, and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company and particularly this team for your event. If you want someone who completely fades into the background and doesn't care, then they're not for you. These people know what they're doing- they've been doing it for a long time, and you will KNOW as it's happening that the pictures will be incredible. Very dissapointed with the company. The price asked for the services wasn't the most afordable, but when it comes to such event like a wedding you want the best memories. So after reading good and bad reviews me and my husband decided to go with fantasy flash. The photographers were great, no complaints there. The problems started right after. The wedding was in October 2017 and we were promissed the photos and videos to be ready by christmas. And of course they weren't. Due to the fact that is was around the holidays we waited untill the end of january. I called them to see what the hold up was. And they blamed us that we didn't return some paperwork, paperwork that we completed even before the wedding. The second time they asked for the paperwork we were supposed to upload it on a site that wasn't user friendly (hopefully they fixed it). So by spring we finally got the online version of the pictures, no sign of videos or mounted pictures yet, and no follow up from the company, no appologies either. I called again mayby in april. Rory who was 'helping' us, blamed me for the delay, his exact words were 'you have our phone number, you could have called earlier instead of waiting'. That's when my husband couldn't take it anymore, we drove to the office sat with him and completed everything he claimed we didn't do. We waited another couple months. We called again to find out that Rory was fired, and no one else took over our videos. They offered us a free album as compensation. We called several times during summer and fall, we're in November 2018 now, and we still have no album. I can only say kudos to the company for making sure to get the full payments before the wedding, and shame on them for blaming the customer and not delivering on their promises. read more

Manny, our photographer was amazing! We loved that his style was a photo-documentary filled with candid, real life moments, as opposed to dressed up glamour shots. Very happy that our engagement photo shoot was nothing short of amazing. To my surprise, Manny captured us in the most organic sense, happy, angry, confused, excited, nervous.... and managed to bottle all of those emotions into our pictures. Even the photos that doesn't seem to quite fit right, were perfect and told a story. I would highly recommend Manny to brides looking into FF's service! read more

We got married on July 31, 2016 at the Greentree Country Club. We had Chuck as our primary photographer. He was absolutely wonderful and made our day so very special. He definitely incorporated our and the bridal party's personalities into the photos. He made us feel at ease during the wedding which helped me relax as well. He was not too pushy (like some photographers are), but he definitely got the job done. We get our pictures in the next few months, and i cannot wait! We would definitely recommend Chuck to anyone. Our team was Jack and Brandon and they were extremely professional but also so fun to work with. They even went above and beyond their duties when other wedding details began to go awry, working to make sure that everything was ok and that we were all calm and smiling. And the photos? AMAZING!! Terrible experience. Wedding photographer did a bad job and clearly didn't understand lighting so all our photos looked terrible and over-exposed. Fantasy Flash didn't seem to care, didn't help remedy the situation, and it took over a year for us to get our (bad) photos. read more

I had gotten married on July 30 th I used fantasy flash as well as Jimmy Dee productions The DJ was fantastic, the photographer was great as well but the company I had to deal with after ( Fantasy Flash) was a mess!! And that is an understament, First of the manger Jack should not be in the business not friendly and rude took over 6months for my album ( i wouldnt have cared if it came out beautifulbut that wasnt the case) which looks like i got it from walmart i called and complained several times and he NEVER returned my calls or emails, then finally he called me gave me a few prints YAY yea right he sent me the worst pictures from my album for free !! Nice Job No wonder why the websites doesnt have any reviews since 2008 please do your research talk to other people!!! read more

Like many other reviews on here, I originally loved my experience with FF. That ended a few months later when I realized just how incompetent the rest of their staff is. How many times did I have to follow up with them, send multiple emails, call repeatedly when the staff wouldn't get back to me. And no apologies either. Do not expect whatsoever for you to get your photos/videos back and done in a timely fashion. I'm talking within a year and I still hadn't gotten mine. I know people who got married 6 months after me and their photographer already got everything done for them. I appreciate that company not getting their final payment until you get your pictures. Not with this company. You are forgotten. You will constantly have to explain things to them in a piecemeal fashion. Don't give them too much info to handle at once cause they can't handle it and will forget/ignore what you request and then you'll have to follow up again. Although the pictures ended up turning out fine, like my friend's with another company did, it wasn't worth the constant hassle in the end. read more

We initially decided to go with Fantasy Flash because it seemed like a great package deal with Jimmy Dee's DJ services. Then, we saw Pedro's portfolio and knew that he would capture the essence of our day perfectly. When we had our initial meeting with him, he talked about needing to connect with his subjects. I think that because he started out as a fashion photographer, he has a different approach than a standard wedding photographer would have had. On the day of the wedding, he, along with his assistant, Louis , and our videographer, Danny, made me feel so at ease and captured a wide spectrum of emotions. My husband is extremely camera shy and Pedro and Louis were able to work with him so that he looks totally comfortable in all the pictures we took. When our guests saw the final photos, they were struck by how unique the shots were and how perfectly Pedro was able to illustrate the days events and sentiments in our pictures. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and our photos created such a beautiful and special memory of our wedding day. read more

We worked with Jack and Leo on our wedding day. They were amazing and we can't wait to see the final photos. They were very accommodating and creative despite the less-than-ideal weather. They showed up early to scout out locations for the pictures and found beautiful spots at the venue. They even came back after they were done for the night because they thought they could get an even better photo of the groom and his mom.
