The store is called surplus not slightly damaged warehouse! They make it a practice of re-wrapping and strapping the cabinets so you have no idea that they had been returned previously. Not only that, I asked for 36" blind base...they gave me 24" blind bases and tried to tell me that is what is used for a 36" blind base. Beware. Open and inspect each and every item before leaving store no matter how long it takes. They charge a 20% restocking fee if you return item without its box. So be sure to keep your box intact until you have had a chance to properly inspect all items! I suggest if you want a quality product not to shop here.

After repeated calls, text messages and requests to James and Brad, they have failed to address this problem. It's clear that there is not enough insulation from the attic space and dormer windows in this new room. It has been over a month since James let us know that he would address this problem and nothing has been done. Based on their lack of communication and follow up, I would highly recommend not going with this company for your project.
