They only offered to send it at to the manufacturer for repair and we were told it would take 4 weeks to get it back. Really? What are my worker's suppose to do in the meantime? We had to buy a new compressor from Lowes just to keep working. We had the receipt in hand to exchange the compressor and was basically shown the door. The chipping has gotten so bad on the lower cabinets that I called them about it. They won't do anything because they're out of warranty. We weren't aware we needed one and there was a sign posted that said walk ins welcome. He left us to wander the store on our own and didn't come over to ask if we had questions or pay us any attention at all really. We asked to take home a couple of samples. He gave us a business card. After a few days, I contacted him to set up a measurement appointment. He came out and did the measurements and said he'd get back to me the next day with a quote. I waited, but didn't receive the email he'd said he would send. A day or so later, I missed a call from him while working. I returned his call that afternoon, but got no response. I tried twice the next day with no results. I decided to wait until today while I wasn't working to try once more. I left voicemails every time I called. I left one this morning and got no response by their closing time today. I'm through trying to give them any business. There are too many other places to go where I would hope we'd be treated in a more considerate manner.

They even moved the furniture for us! (Please keep in mind we still had to prepare by removing all the small personal belongings) but they moved the heavy stuff! The managers even came out to make sure the correct flooring had been delivered and supervised the guys getting started! They completed a large living room, dining room & large Master bedroom in two days! Wow! Planning to do the guest rooms down the road and you can bet I'm calling these guys!
