Surprised to find this at a casino but it looks popular with the locals. When I walked through it was full of locals. They have the usual items found in bowling alleys, food, drink, and video games. We called ahead on Saturday afternoon to inquire about prices & reserve a lane for laser bowling. When we got there, we were charged far more than we were quoted over the phone & told that the prices for laser bowling are higher.. which they could have mentioned when we told them we were reserving the lane for laser bowling. To call it "laser bowling" is a stretch, as there are black lights & white light projections on the ground, but no laser lights. They put our group of five twenty-somethings on a lane right next to a large party with a handful of small children, even though other lanes were open, then put another party with lots of children on the other side of us. When you're paying by the hour, it is frustrating to have to spend so much time making sure you aren't going to run over someone's toddler- I think it's great that families are having fun here, but they could do a better job of assigning lanes so that groups without children aren't drowning in Yo Gabba Gabba references. We came here to bowl with a couple friends after watching movies in the Special Events Center. Bowling was really fun and the pricing was fair! Especially since we would split the cost of the lane amongst all six of us, so really we only paid for the shoes, which were $4 each. The register girl was nice. She explained how the pricing would break down and how they can only accept one card and the rest in cash if we wanted to split it. Really convenient to have a bowling alley by the casino! Not going full blown 0 stars. The alley was pretty well maintained. The customer service was non existent. Couldn't find anyone at the desk when I needed them. And when I did catch one sneaking out of their break room for a minute they didn't want to address my issue. First and last time here. read more

I am not an active bowler and not a huge fan, you won't catch me watching bowling on the wide world of sports or anything like that, and I am not in a league. I do admit I dig the shoes and like a lot of the shirts a bowling pro where's especially when they write there name In that fancy embroidered cursive, I also love The Great Lebowski. For that reason I believe this review has great merit, or not. The place is fairly clean and well kept. It has a snack bar, arcade, and BAR (why did I capitalize) because a bowling ally is not a true bowling ally with out a bar. Also it is attached to a casino so if your game is in the gutter or your sick of the guy scoring a 300 who is stuck in the 70's you can head to the casino to try your luck there Service is good, and believe it or not it is a great place for a kids birthday party and ironically that makes the bar feature extra special. read more

My family was in on February 10. Two of us are very particular about bowling etiquette. It was obvious from our interaction with the front desk staff and Jay Chesterson that this center could care less about your experience. My recommendation is that they provide everyone who purchases a game(s) with an instruction sheet on bowling etiquette. Never again!!!! Do Not try to walk in for bday get togethers, ever! I planned ahead, (3weeks to be exact) called & received info that said I can walk in and enjoy 2lanes if I come in before 5 on Wednesdays. Wrong!!! Came in on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 and Adriana said sorry not gonna happen, ( after I sent out invites 3weeks prior) and not to mention they charge you $20 dollars to have a birthday cake, what a joke!!! Went for a friends birthday, for a "lazer" bowling party. Don't get to excited... I can turn my lights off in my house and throw a few black lights up, and charge to throw a ball. NO lazers. The bowling lanes are AMF but the balls & shoes are a mixture of Quantum and AMF. Kinda odd but still works!

There is a group of children, young adults, and parents who use the facility on Saturday mornings for a Youth Bowling league. Bringing in good amount of money to the entire location. Well today the group was forced to move the start time from 10 to 11:15 am. This was so a group of children with parents from Gerald Ford Elementary School could use the facility. This would have fine had the facility been left clean and ready to use; it was not. It appears to me Fantasy Springs does not care about the Youth League that carries it name; Fantasy Springs Youth League. Secondly the parents of the children from Gerald Ford Elementary School need to be given a refresher in manners. read more

The people at the front desk are rude & careless! I will never come back here to bowl ever again! Brought a couple of friends here to bowl & the guy wearing glasses named Juan L at the front gave me attitude after we waited over an hour. Everyone else got called buy us and after waiting a long enough time we finally asked and he crossed our name off & said well I'm calling you to play now. Never coming back here again! Good for bowling on a night no leagues are playing. Good food court and ice cream and prices are decent. Not a lot of seating.

We came on a field trip, originally we were told 2 hours when I initially booked the trip. We get here and rules changed, now it's 2 games or 2 hours whichever comes first. Obviously, two games will come first. I'm not happy, may not bring ASES students again. read more

Very rude. Would not give us hourly rate of $22.00 flat for the lane but would let us bowl 3 games at $4.50 per person per games.... almost $40.00 plus shoes. Call them at 9:50 at night to see if they were busy they replied with " no we're not busy there's open lanes come on in" and proceeded with giving me the prices. Showed up 15 mins later walk in all lanes are packed and there's 11 names on the waiting list so we walked right back out last time I go there. We proceeded to drive to Palm Springs to go bowling there and had a great time. read more

My family and I are from San Diego and are on vacation out here at local resort. We paid for an hour bowling, shoe rentals, food, socks, and some drinks. After we were done with our game the attendant that rents out shoes (Teresa) comes out and tells us we need to not go past the line because its dangerous and that if we don't stop she will call security. However... A. We bowl on rare occasions so we were not aware. B. She could have let us know at the moment it was dangerous (not 20 minutes later) and C. The "security calling threats" were really not necessary. Not to mention her bad attitude. When I tried to tell her about this in a friendly manner because I work in customer service.... She had a even bigger attitude. Our experience up until that point was a good one. She really came out of left field with the poor customer service. I will not recommend this place to any of my family or friends. read more

Epic fail. The bowling center in their "wisdom", thinks that they should charge people that come in and pay to bowl, $20 to bring in a birthday cake. What a crock. Every week I bowl there, and spend at least $40 between lineage, food and cocktails. They don't specifically have a sign posted that says "No birthday cake". They just have a sign that says, "No outside food or drink". Yet there are people all the time walking thru the door with cans of soda, or a Starbucks cup, and that seems to be ok. But try walking in with a birthday cake and they come over and tell you there is a $20 charge to bring a cake in. You can avoid the charge if you buy a birthday cake from them. Only problem with that is they don't have a list of their "available" cakes, or have any on display. Or the price of these mystery cakes. Due to their policy, now they are going to lose more business. Those cocktails and food I used to buy.....gone. read more
