Not many gyms have a 5:30 am class which is convenient for my schedule. I love the people, the trainers, and the workouts, it is seriously like a family. The CUT by Capstone program helped transform my body into something I didn't think was possible. They taught me one way of healthy eating, which made a huge difference in the way I look and feel. Capstone trainers take the time to show you the proper form and technique and they push you to higher limits! Christina and James both helped prepare me for my first Bikini competition and I can't thank them enough! Their knowledge and patience were critical during my competition prep. This gym is by far the best out there! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to transform their body and take it to the next level!

I was 61yo female, about 40 pounds overweight, completely out of shape, sore knees, but with a big competitive athlete within me. Last January I started doing bootcamp with Capstone and it really changed my life. I wish I could tell you it's easy - but the first couple weeks were tough and you really have to hang in with it. My body was adjusting to the workouts. My ego was adjusting to mental strength needed to do these workouts. But it truly does get easier, and one of the best things Christina (owner/trainer) told me when I started was to not try and keep up with the people who've been there for a long time. Just do my own workout and don't give up. Within 3 months I have lost about half the weight, my clothes feel good, and I'm getting stronger every week. It really is a community here, and everybody supports each other wherever they are on their journey. I've been doing some form of fitness training for most of my life. This is one of the best, if not the best, experiences I've had. It's fun, it's fast (45 minutes), it's energizing, and you get real results and meet nice people. The trainers are exceptional as well - it's a small family business and they know what they're doing. Highly recommended. I actually look forward to working out!

I've been going to Pablo at Leon's for over 4 years.. He has helped me accomplish something I thought would not be possible.. I am in great shape and toning my body one day at a time.. The gym is opened from 5am and the last training session is at 7pm.. Very accommodating to everyone's schedule.. The daily workouts change from day to day.. For example, Monday's are leg days, Tuesday's is arms I'm sure you get the picture. All weights with a cardio combo. It's personal/group training at a fraction of the cost. And yes he started in a small space but has had so much success that he has moved to a larger space.. He's actually moved several times because he just keeps on growing which is a great blessing.. It's not a free standing gym! It's personal training with a true professional that know his stuff!! If your looking for a gym that gives you a little card to swipe every time you come in, to keep track on how many times your ass makes it to the gym, this is not the place for you..No contracts not bull!! If you decide it's not the place for you no need to pay any cancelation fee or call a 1-800 # to cancel.. I can never go back to a regular gym.. NEVER! Pablo is #1.. He also has Kevin there to help during his peak hrs as well. He is also great. If you want to carry a little plastic tag on your key chain you can pay $10a month for that nonsense at a gym near you!! Leon's Gym is the place to be!!! If you are serious about your health and getting in shape this is the place for you..

I have about 6 years of prior martial arts training, so I know what a properly run school looks like. That's why I recognized very quickly that something was off here. I signed up and prepaid for a 3-month Kendo program. At enrollment, I was told it would be 4-6 months before needing a uniform and longer before investing in gear. That changed almost immediately. By week two, I was told to buy a uniform, and by week three I was asked to prepay for a full year. At that point, I stopped training after about three weeks. Months later, after repeated follow-ups and having to go in person to push the issue, I finally got the uniform ordered. When it arrived, I was told it had been given to someone else--even though I had already paid for it. I was also told I would receive a partial refund in March. That never happened. I returned once more to try to finish what I had already paid for, but the class itself reflected the same issues--disorganized instruction, students unsure of forms, and basic oversights (such as forgetting required gear mid-class). I walked out. For me, this wasn't just about money--it was the consistent gap between what was said and what actually happened, along with ongoing pressure to pay more early on. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dojo. I would strongly advise anyone considering training here to ask very direct questions up front and think carefully before committing financially.
