I've been to this casino a couple times. It's like walking into an old movie. So many very old machines. After losing a lot, I went to the buffet, which was good. A nice variety, although it has a rather senior home dining area. Going back to the casino floor, we tried a couple others and gave up. Wasn't our day. So, we spotted a sign to the bowling alley. Bowling alley, you say? Ok, this was a fun find. It's a fun alternative space. A small selection of arcade games, a lot of lanes, and a clean vibe that made me think of old tv shows. For this bowling alley, I added a star. It has a fun family friendly, date night, or out drinking with pals that don't want to visit the casino floor. I will probably plan a bowling visit soon. This casino is shady. I left them a 1-star review in September and they banned me for giving them a 1-star. I decided to give them another chance and stopped by today. I went to the players club to get a copy of my players card and security came over and told me someone from Player Development banned me. I was never notified that I was banned. First time visiting this casino in twenty years. The casino floor is definitely dated, with old-school slot machines--unfortunately, MANY of which have no sound or are staticky. This last fact I found troubling, as you would think that a casino making thousands and thousands of dollars would provide all the necessities for its money makers. Personally, I love the sound of slot machines, and when they are basically silent, it is boring, a letdown, and gives me time to think about the money I am losing. The other issue is that, unlike just about every other single casino I have visited, the smoke from cigarette smokers is in the air throughout the entire casino. I came home smelling like a giant cigarette. I DO have to admit that, despite these challenges, the slot machines here were fairly loose, as I hit two jackpots of $1,000 and $900.00 within a span of 45 minutes. The casino offers guests a mix of fairly new games, but a huge chunk of the floor was dedicated to older games, as I previously mentioned. I observed armed security guards throughout my visit, which is always a good thing. While I was playing slot machines, a casino hostess (Helena Pham) approached me and introduced herself. Helena was awesome, friendly, and professional, and ended up comping me two dinner buffets ($35.00 + each). Thank you!! Totally unexpected encounter. The buffet at this casino was AMAZING!! It is a tad smaller than buffets at other casinos, but the food was DELICIOUS!! Seafood, Chinese food, Mexican food, Italian food, salad bar, dessert bar, etc. It was all a very positive dining experience. Overall, our visit to this casino was worth the hour-and-a-half drive here. The BAD part was that just as we were about to enter the freeway for the trip back home, we discovered that the westbound 10 freeway was completely shut down, and as a result, we were forced to take Highway 111, which took us through four or five large desert cities and added two hours to our trip back home, uggh! read more

MIDLAND!!! The drive to get here was 4 hrs long from San Fernando due to traffic but ultimately my crew and I got there safe and half the drive time on the way back to San Fernando. I took my sister in law along with my mother for this little adventure of mine. We first got our gaming cards and then hit the buffet . The service is really great, the food was amazing and the concert was awesome! I do wish Midland would've played more of the heartache songs. The drinks were well made and the dance floor was packed after the concert. BEWARE: THEY DO NOT OFFER PICKLE BACK SHOTS & NO DRINKS ON THE DANCE FLOOR, SECURITY DOESN'T PLAY! Dated casino with lots of broken machines and poor service. Good luck trying to flag down a slot attendant when the machine you want to play inevitably breaks down. You'd think a casino of this caliber, with a resort, theater, and multiple restaurants, would have things running a little more smoothly. For a place that takes in plenty of money from players, you'd think they could update their machines and hire enough staff to actually help customers. I've been coming here for years, and for a while, it was my go-to when visiting the area (I'm in Orange County, so it's an easy drive to the Palm Springs area when I want a casino fix). Sadly, that's no longer the case. I finally reached black card level, where I've been for a couple of years. It was nice. The only real perk I used was the parking pass so that I could park closer to the front, and of course, the shorter lines in places. Well, all that changed with their new players' club. Instead of carrying me over to a similar tier, they bounced me back to the newbie tier. Seriously? Granted, I'm not a high roller, but I've deposited more than a few hundred dollars into those machines and table games. And sometimes that's just one visit. So, I got my card, and about 20 minutes into my play, none of the machines would accept it. Now I've learned several tricks over the years to get the machine to read my player's card, but none of them worked. Back to the players club counter, now in the longer newbie line, to get a new card. While the new card worked better, I still found it challenging to get it read the first time I inserted it. I then sat down at a new machine I wanted to try, only to find cigarette ash on it. It's like whoever was there before didn't use an ashtray. As I was losing money, I realized that I've had a hand pay at every other casino in the area, except this one. Now I know how slots work: the odds are always in favor of the house, and it's 100% random, but that confirmation bias still doesn't give me warm fuzzies. I later went to another casino whose initials are AC and had no problems getting the machines to read my player's card. While I didn't win there either, the machines paid back enough to keep me playing longer, and that's all I ask for. Oh, and I had 100% of my food comped. I only had a $7 available credit at Fantasy Springs, which didn't even cover a slice of pizza and a drink. Oh, and the A/C in the high limit room doesn't work or is nonexistent. Staying at our timeshare in Indio, a friend gave us some recommendations. We started out at Rock Yard to see a cover band. Ended up at LIT on the twelfth. What a great spot! Although it was very windy, it overlooks the city. We ventured inside and found a place at the bar. The Steel Rod was the featured band and played quite a range of hits and took requests. There's a small space next to the stage to dance. Beware to get there before the cover band finishes. It gets packed out. We had such a good time Friday night, we did it all again Saturday night. Again, great vibes but there was a shift in the music and vibe, and even the crowd. We ended up leaving early for safety concerns. We would definitely try it again. I really enjoy the casino, there are plenty of gaming options, from slots and table games to bingo, all in a lively atmosphere. It's also an excellent spot for live entertainment. The concert venue may be intimate, but it brings in great headliners and always puts on a fantastic show. I especially love Twelve: Cocktails Above, it offers stunning valley views (city lights), excellent drinks, and live music on the weekends, making it the perfect place to unwind. Extra comfortable rooftop seating, perfect for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the views! There's so much to do: big concerts and free outdoor shows, live music in the lounges, a fun bowling alley and arcade, and a gorgeous golf course (just $65 for 2-4 players with a cart). The pool is relaxing, and there are plenty of dining options to suit any mood. There's some shopping too, if that's your thing. I also recommend joining Fantasy Rewards, a free club where you earn points for playing. You can turn them into free play, dining, hotel, and golf perks, plus enjoy extra offers and a nice new member bonus. If I had to mention anything, it would be that hotel check-in and late-night dining lines could be a bit quicker. That said, I really appreciate that they offer pizza by the slice until 2AM on Fridays and Saturdays, a great late-night option. My hubby and I have been coming to this casino since I moved to the desert in 2013. It's always been one of my favorites. He's won many hand pays but it's a hit or miss, that's why it's gambling. We saw the Australian Bee Gees Show, and wow, that an incredible performance. If you ever have the chance to see this show, do not miss it. It truly does not disappoint. We also enjoyed a lovely buffet, which was the perfect way to round out the evening. The hotel is very comfortable with easy access to the Casino. There are plenty of machines as well as table games. Don't miss the Lounge at the top of the hotel. The live music was lively and the view of the area was spectacular from the lounge balcony. There are TVs to watch our sports yet it feels more upscale than a sports bar. So bring your date and you won't be disappointed at all! My recommendation for breakfast brunch, lunch and dinner is POM restaurant. Their cuisine is delicious! Be sure to ask for Chris as your server. I believe he mainly works days because we always ask for him during brunch. He's a 5 star server who actually recognizes me and my sister when we walk in ! He has the kindest personality and never appears bothered when we ask questions on our choices. Most of all, my host, Steven Santos, is simply wonderful. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay feel extra special. Already looking forward to our next visit! It's incredibly disappointing that you can't even look away for a second without your money being stolen. ​Beyond the theft, the area of Indio where this casino is located does not feel particularly safe or well-maintained. Between the sketchy atmosphere outside and the vultures inside waiting to snatch your credits, I won't be returning. Nearby Casino SL29 has either of the 2 issues mentioned. Cold 365 at SL29 and AC. Restaurant food can be good sometimes, however, inconsistent. Food temp at Bistro very inconsistent. Hard to get a $60 steak medium rare also a $28 burger. Salad dressing are very . Since I no longer go there due to an unfortunate misunderstanding. this is my honest and truthful thoughts of FS. To me this casino is very clean and well maintained. I stayed at the hotel and the hotel was very clean as well. I had no issues whatsoever! They have a pool and a fitness center which was also clean and well maintained. Customer service was nice, I can't complain over anything, it was a nice stay and convenient that there's restaurants and a coffee shop onsite. Parking is free as well. Unfortunately, the slot machines, especially the buffalo, do not pay at all. The gentleman next to me spent $800 and did not get a bonus round. On the other hand, I got the bonus rounds. However, I got paid $7, $1.80, 3.50. It was a joke. I am well aware gambling is entertainment. The odds are against me. But, at least, give the gamblers a chance to enjoy playing. The let NON SERVICE pets in the rooms. The worst Wi-Fi I have ever seen. The jacuzzi has been broken for months now. They haven't spent money on the place in a long time. Security is a Joke, they hang in groups like school kids instead of protecting the Guests and the Casino. I purchased an item using a comp ticket and knew already she's not nice because her facial expression looks annoyed didn't say hello or good afternoon and when I want to return an item she said "once it's punched in I can't returned the item anymore!" We have visited this casino before for meals and gambling and always had fun, But recently Helena Pham reached out to us to enjoy a weekend away at the resort. Everything and e everyone was perfect. We were offered concert tickets and a lovely room. Helena made dinner and cabana reservations for us. And checked on us periodically to make sure we were having a great time. We had a lovely pool afternoon and a wonderfully relaxed and elevated dinner experience. Disappointing, humiliating experience involving my service dog and no response from management I've been a loyal guest and casino player at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino for over 20 years and have stayed at the hotel regularly for more than a decade. Until this visit, I've always had positive experiences, including multiple recent stays with my psychiatric service dog without any issues. Unfortunately, my stay from January 9-12, 2026 was handled in a way that was upsetting, humiliating, and completely inappropriate. At check-in, I properly disclosed my psychiatric service dog and answered the two ADA-permitted questions. Everything was handled correctly at that time. However, a front desk employee who was present during my check-in later began treating me differently. At one point, she loudly shouted across the front desk area, while assisting another guest, that I was required to have my service dog with me at all times, both on and off hotel property. This was embarrassing, incorrect, and unnecessary. The situation escalated the following afternoon. As I walked through the lobby with my service dog and returned to my room, that same employee called my room and demanded that I immediately return to the lobby with my dog or I would be charged a pet fee. She stated that my service dog "did not qualify" and insisted that if my dog was not physically with me at all times, even off property, he was not a legitimate service animal. When I returned to the lobby, she refused to speak with me directly and instead summoned two uniformed security officers. One officer publicly questioned me about my disability and told me that my panic disorder did not qualify for a service dog. This occurred in front of other guests and was humiliating and intimidating. Despite my dog being a trained service animal, I was charged a $100 pet fee. Shortly after this confrontation, the phone in my room stopped working and displayed a "registering" message. I couldn't call the front desk, order room service, or request assistance. I emailed Fantasy Springs the day after I checked out to formally report this incident and dispute the improper charge. I never received any response. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, nothing. What makes this especially disappointing is that many other staff members were wonderful... casino floor employees, coffee shop staff, and employees I encountered in parking areas were consistently kind and respectful toward me and my service dog. This incident, and the lack of response afterward, was completely out of character for what I've come to expect here. I hope management takes this seriously. No guest - especially someone with a disability - should be questioned publicly, embarrassed, charged improperly, and then ignored afterward. read more

We decided to finally take advantage of our free trip to this resort after winning on the ESPNLA710 Lakers contest. First it was hot, but omg beautiful resort the staff were amazingly polite and professional. From valet ppl to the front desk made us feel so welcome. We took full advantage of the stay to really room looking into the pool area to desert skyline. The pool area was awesome cleaned very well kept to the staff making sure if we needed drinks or extra towels and near by Saturday night cover bands few yards away. Then we went the nightclub called "Lit" omg the place holds there name straight up Lit the local crowd so awesome till they ask us to join their table because we know fun and dancing the bank was off the hook. Next day my lady won $250 on $40 dollars then went to top of the hotel called twelfth floor was amazing view beautiful bar. Bowling was awesome while having ice cream and just enjoying the hotel and staff there. We are definitely coming back soon read more

Well the casino itself is alright ,rooms are decent,food is good, except you have to swat flies while you eat..I went for 2 days to relax & get in the pool.. but as I went to get in I noticed black dots all in the pool .. they were stuck all on the inside & floating in the water.... As I got a closer look I noticed the were little bugs ..That gave me the creaps .. I wasn't about to get in that pool like that!.. I called the front office to report it,the lady I spoke to just said it was too late to get maintenance out & just to get out if I didn't like it ... well the next day i went out to check the pool & the bugs were floating all in the water... that's disgusting!... read more

Was checking everyday in March to get the 29th to the 30th. It kept showing booked. I immediately called on March 23rd in the afternoon because it showed there was an available room for $206 for the 29th to the 30th so someone must have canceled. As I was making my reservation, the young lady on the phone told me that that price was wrong and I was looking right at it on my home computer. She said it would be $274 to stay in a queen size room because it was next to the pool and I said well that's not fair because your price shows $206 online so I got a little upset and said forget it. Then I won't get the room. When we hung up. I went back and looked online again and it showed that it was booked but it was booked for $159 poolside queen size bed and I thought to myself well that was horrible of her to raise the price on me. Maybe she did it because she didn't want me to have the room and wanted to give it to someone else but I thought that was not very nice to advertise for 206 and then pump the price up all the way right away when I said I would take it I just didn't seem fair to advertise such a price and then pump it up when I wanted it. Very disappointed in that customer service and now maybe I don't know if I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family due to the fact that that it was a false advertisement.
