Do not come here! Had two appointments today, one was taken 24 minutes late, the other 30 minutes late. My provider did not soak my hands before doing cuticles and I now have multiple painful, bloody fingers. The polish job was messy at best. Enjoyed the little shoulder massage - but that was the only high point. With so many other options in town this is one place worth staying away from! Update to 4 days after my gel manicure... the paint is already chipped and peeling. This continues to be the worse manicure experience I have ever had. Paid a lot to have gel nails last and they didn't do that either. read more

I would not have one of the make techs. Last 2 appts have had 2 different men and for the money paid-I'm disappointed. Rushed, sloppy and kind of rude. I always tip 20% regardless. But it was an over tip. I've had the female techs and it's a much more relaxed and efficient. read more

the push to upsell my pedicure , too much. No cuticle cream, then didn't even touch the back of my heel with brush and when I asked he was irritated, first coat of polish not even covered my nail, then just one coat of color. Worst pedicure I ever had. Maybe just my guy. Lots of massaging going on everywhere, maybe that's what they should have opened. read more

I wouldn't give one star based on my daughter and her friend experience. Had an appointment took over 30 minutes to be take from the appointment time. Then was given a service that wasn't requested and paid a ridiculous amount of money for and took over 2 and 1/2 hours to complete to say annoyed and disappointed is an understatement. My services were a gel pedi and gel mani. I started out getting my pedi and the guy that was doing them seemed to know exactly what he was doing. Two girls walked in who wanted a full set. He took them and had another guy take over my pedi. I was kind of upset, but understood maybe there was no one else who knew how to do a full set, but again I was there first and in the middle of my pedi. The guy who took over was alright, he seemed like he didn't know how to paint on gel. My toes came out decent. After that, it was a gel mani time. The guy who ended up doing the rest of my pedi started to do my gel and had no clue how to soak off gel. I'm sorry but if you have NEW employees there should always be someone watching over them. The services weren't cheap either! Another employee heard and she was explaining to him what I was needing done. He still wasn't getting it. I know employees need to learn, but they shouldn't be working on paying customers if they aren't experts! You need to stop allowing newly employees that have no idea how to paint gel or soak off gel! And it wasn't a guy who was doing my nails, it was a teenage kid! read more

Ive been here before and they were excellent. this last trip was not. I wanted gel and the woman talked me into dip. It took 2 hours and then when she charged me it was $70 I asked why it was so much and she just spoke in Chinese she had no understandable English. my nails are nice but I wanted gel because dip is too think and I can't use my work computer. I also had 2broken nail tips but I told her to leave them and instead she put tips on them even tho I asked her not to. I am so angry $70 is ridiculous for nails. I feel very taken advantage of. Be careful and ask for someone who speaks English and will do what you ask of them. read more

I've been trying to find a good nail salon in the area since returning from my winter home in Florida. I was told this was a new shop and to give it a try. My review is based on the ombré dip chipping in 4 days, shop is 30 minutes away so not easy to pop in for a quick fix. The pedicure was great! I spent $149 plus tip. Not going back. read more

Reservations here do not mean anything. I had a lunchtime appointment at 12 and was not taken until 12:45. There were only 4 employees for the 9 customers. I know they are new but it is frustrating to wait on your hour lunch break when you made an appointment. read more

I love it here I come every couple of weeks and I just brought my mom and she loves it too. It is so clean and the people are so nice. I also brought my two year old niece and they were so sweet to her and gave her a pedicure. My nails are always amazing and they always take me. I am so happy.
