I did pay $12. extra for the hot wax. When she brought the hot wax out I noticed she skimped on the wax. Normally when I ask for hot wax it covers the whole foot. This barely covered the bottom of my foot. Then she could hardly wait to clean the wax off of my feet. Guess she was in a hurry. The manicure was a little better but really nothing to speak of either. Side note. I did make an appointment the previous day so it's not like I just walked in expecting service unannounced. I absolutely do not recommend this Nail Salon.
