Scored an extremely last minute appointment with Julie for a pedicure. She was very sweet and I enjoyed the service. I read my Kindle for most of the appointment but she did ask me during the massage to put it down and just enjoy. I really appreciated that and just about fell asleep! My toes looked great and it was reasonably priced. The entire shop was clean and well appointed. Just a bit dated, but nothing to complain about here as it didn't effect the service in the slightest. read more

I wanted to like this salon because of the location and the color selection, however the quality of the finished gel manicure was very disappointing. I got a gel manicure - the manicure potion was great! My nails were even shaped to perfection. The problem was with the quality of application with the gel polish. There were numerous nails that had ridges and spots where the gel was unevenly applied. I've been getting gel manicures for several years and have rarely had this result. I will not return to this salon. read more

They don't take walk ins. 2:35pm Friday. Maybe short staffed? Call ahead. Simple service of a nail soak off.

This salon is owned by a sweet family who work so very hard at giving you a wonderful service. There are no high pressure pitches to get you to join an expensive membership. Love it here! read more

Great family nail salon! I love the CoVid readiness prior to entering the facility. The receptionist was professional and I appreciate the last minute appointment. I tried this place just because it was close to my work, and I love it. I've tried about 6 or 7 salons since moving to the area, & this has been my favorite by far. Tracy is so sweet & did a fabulous job on my nails. I got dip nails with acrylic tips, & I believe it was about $58, so very reasonable. They look great & she actually prepped my nails by cutting & pushing the cuticles & such, unlike everywhere else I've been. She placed the dip powder further back than normal so that the nails don't grow out as quickly as other places & they're so thin & durable like I love them. No cracks or scratches so far in 2 weeks, & I've gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be back! :) read more

If you are planning on getting you nails done, I would not recommend going to Nailtique Salon in Solon. They cut me to the point of bleeding 2 times and my nails were coming off after only 2 days. I went back to have them corrected, and they only fixed some of them and I got cut AGAIN! I had to tell them I was bleeding, otherwise they would have just kept going! My nails are completely off after less than a week. Very disappointing and a huge waste of money. read more

Unfriendly and unprofessional. I never felt less welcome at a nail salon. No one ever greeted me or even smiled in my direction. My eyebrow wax was a disaster. She dripped wax on my face and hair, barely apologized, and missed lots of stray hairs. I had to clean up wax off my face and cut some of my hair off to get it out. Granted, I never had my nails done there, but I don't think I ever would because it felt like they could care less about my business. read more

Have been coming here for years after disasters at other area nail salons. I get pink & white acrylics and constantly am asked where I get my nails done and am constantly told how great they look. My nails are better in so many ways. They rarely if ever break. They don't turn yellow (ever) like from other places. My nails are smooth and symmetrical & uniform in shape & length. There are no strong chemical smells in the shop or from my nails. Tracy and her co-workers are professional, knowledgeable and NEVER EVER RUDE. I have personally witnessed Tracy's patience with a downright abusive & demanding customer & marveled. I need a standing morning appt & came here after previous salon's owners (I no longer go there) wandered in late every single time with McDs breakfast in hand! Tracy & her staff are never late opening up. The salon itself is always bright & clean. I highly recommend Nailtique in Solon! read more
