Update...I was a bit worried when Ryan and Caprina sold the place, but I have been pleasantly surprised. Tom and Lilly, the new owners, made the transition pretty seamlessly. I was excited to see that Lin was back as well. Everyone in the salon has done my nails at one point or another and I've never been disappointed. I now go to May on a regular basis and she is fabulous! She is very meticulous, sweet and takes her time. I suggest you make an appointment, because they are always busy. read more

It's not the prices nail place I've been to, but for what I've gotten there, it is. I got the same girl three times in a row and it never fails for her to not paint the sides of my nails. I just moved here and have never been impressed with the place and now I'm done wasting my time. I only kept going there for convenience but at this point it's better to go out of my way then keep going to a place that can't do it right the first time. read more

I do not live by Aurora but the nail salon that I go to recently closed. I called and asked how much a full set of acrylic nails would be, letting him know that I had acrylic nails on. I just wanted a new fresh set. He told me it would be $40 and to make an appointment so I made one for that day. When I got there no one greeted me. I just stood there and then after about 15 minutes I decided to announce my self and ask for help stating that I had an appointment. I finally was told to sit down. I told him that I called on the phone and I talked to him earlier that I wanted a full set and painted white. He said we don't have white only this white and it's a special color and it's more money. Which that's crazy because it was just regular white. He puts me with this women that really does not want to do her job because she was on her phone the whole time. Did not say one word to me. She proceeded to put my nails on acetone to get my old nails off. She left the table and went to another table and played games on her phone leaving me. No contact what so ever with a new customer. She then came back would do my nails and would leave again. Finally they were off. She asked me how I would like my new set I said I would like them "coffin" shaped. She said that would be extra. Then in the middle of shaping them she asked the owner if he would take over because she didn't want to do them anymore. He said no because he was busy. Really?? I'm a new customer!! She was absolutely horrible and so was he. They were talking and I didn't know what tHey were saying. My nails were hurting, she was very rough snd hurting me and just would rudely says he was sorry. In the end my nails came out absolutely horrible and when she told me the price I was livid!! What happened to forty bucks? It was $40 for the set, $10 for take off, $10 for white, and $10 for Coffin shape, totaling $70 for a very shitty job. And one of my nails broke 2 days after I left!! Horrible customer service, horrible job, horrible place!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, SAVE YOUR MONEY!! read more

I went in about one week ago to get an acrylic fill. My nails should have lasted at least another week but a few days ago, they started to snap off and fall off. When the nail tech did my fill, I originally was happy with them, even tipping him $20 for a fill. But now? I'm kinda pissed. I spend nearly $50 for a fill that isn't lasting nearly as long as it should. I'm not even going to bother asking for them to fix my nails because I know it'll be useless. It's so disappointing, too, because I thought I finally found my new favorite nail salon. I guess I'll keep looking. read more

I went to this salon for the 1st time this past week. I had an appointment and was taken as soon as I walked in the door, no waiting. I was impressed with the salon appearance, clean and neat. My nail tech was friendly and pleasant. She gave me a spa pedicure and an acrylic fill. She did a fantastic job and I was very satisfied. But then she gave me the bill...$106!!! I was shocked. Having just moved here from Arizona, I'm finding many things cost more in Ohio; however, these exact same services were costing me $45, less than half of cost of Crystal Nails. Unfortunately, I won't be able to return because I am unable to afford those exorbitant prices. read more

I recently moved to Aurora from Texas and I always get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. I walked in into this nail salon as it's near to where I'll be staying to talk to the people in there to explain to them how I get my nails done and to see if I could make an appointment for the next day. 1. When I walked in no one acknowledged me 2. A guy asked me to walk over to him to talk to him. I thought that was rude because I personally wouldn't want anyone inquiring about their nails whilst I'm getting mine done. He could have excused himself or told me to wait for a few minutes so he could talk to me. 3. When I told him I had a picture and wanted to show him if what I wanted done was something he could do, he rudely said "well we have over 250 nail polishes, you can see if we have those colors." Like really? I then politely asked him if he could replicate the picture I had to which he rudely responded "probably not" no eye contact, no regard of me whatsoever. Needles to say I walked out thinking how rude! I will NEVER set foot in this establishment to spend my money in there. Very poor first impression. Extremely rude guy I spoke to. First impressions are everything to me and to most customers. Don't go there unless if you want to be treated like a second class citizen. read more

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. Stacey is great. My shellacs last 3 weeks and are always done perfectly. Matching regular polish for your pedi in lots of colors. I bring my mom, also. She has alzheimers and neuropathy in her feet and legs so she's challenging. Stacy is so gentle and patient. Couldn't ask for better service and care. Always clean. Always friendly. Very accommodating. read more

Worst manicure and pedicure ever! The girl used a rusty nail clipper to trim my nails... the polish was applied on both the nail and finger and then was removed with polish remover (on all nails and toes) - the polish is uneven with bubbles and looks unprofessional. I called the manager to discuss my experience and her response was 'ok'. Apparently customer service isn't their thing either. Don't waste your money! read more
