First off, Amarillo Texans are about 50/50 on board with masks in store. Target Team Members were all complying, but the locals were wild - beware. One woman who did not wear mask at all was visibly ill and coughing all around the store... I hope the Team Members still get hazard pay. As a store, this is a massive location with huge selections and full inventory! It's a bit messy, but it's to be expected since the local patrons all look like hard shoppers. For the volume and clientele, I applaud this Target's management team for keeping it together! Parking wasn't too difficult, and lines for cashiers were manageable though nobody seemed to understand 6' social distancing. Only 4 self checkout stands.

Extremely Poor Customer Service…read more My experience with Target manager Rocio at the Amarillo, Texas Target was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, Amarillo only has one Target, so having such a poor experience with management is especially frustrating. Her customer service was horrible, and the way she spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. I was trying to return an item, and instead of making any effort to help me or find a solution, she refused to work with me and showed no concern about my situation. What made the experience even more frustrating was that Target corporate actually called while I was there and requested to speak with Rocio directly. Rocio refused to get on the phone with them and stated that corporate couldn't tell her what to do. I was shocked that a store manager would refuse to speak with corporate when they were specifically requesting to speak with her about the situation. As a manager, I expected much better customer service, professionalism, and willingness to resolve a customer's concern. Unfortunately, Rocio's attitude and treatment of me were completely unacceptable. Since Amarillo only has one Target, customers don't have another Target location in town to choose from. I sincerely hope Target takes this complaint seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated by management at this location.

When I went to pay I asked the clerk if they give cash back and if so how much maximum. She said $40 and I decided that was enough to hold me so I put my debit card in the slot, bought my $8 worth of stuff and got my $40. I didn't look at my receipt until today, one day later, and was shocked to find that they charged me a $1.50 for the cash back. I'm not used to paying a fee for cash back and if I know in advance there will be one I wait until I'm at another store to get it. I'm pretty ticked off that the clerk didn't tell me upfront that there is a $1.50 fee to get the maximum $40 back. So they lost their good review. Buyer beware!

The woman in the front, was super sweet and made me feel welcome even though I had dropped in. The woman who helped me find my dress was helpful as well. She made sure I was comfortable and even zipped me up when I tried on the dress. David'd bridal gets a bad rap, reasonably so. But, my experience this weekend was pleasant and almost made me want to return.

I walked in and saw all the pretty dresses, we checked in (I brought my fiancé) I was told to look at the dresses and select a few that I liked. I had come prepared with photos from the website & the lady said she would look for the dresses. They ended up not having any of the ones that I picked in stock. I had picked a few dresses to try on & then she needed to get different sizes but brought back different gowns. All in all I tried on 3 gowns & then my time was up. We spent a lot of time talking about each gown, she tried to narrow down what I liked and didn't like in the dress, she was very sweet & helped me in and out of each dress. I was surprised when my time was up only having tried on 3 & the lady had started hinting about needing to finish because of her next appointment. So I believe it took $30 mins in total and at the end I had found one tht i was liking & they (I think maybe a manager) were pressing me into getting the credit card & wanted me to fill it out before I left. The woman was super nice, but I felt rushed and pressured to buy, so I left really dissatisfied and almost in tears because I never ended up trying the styles of dresses that I wanted, since she brought some random ones.
