We have been doing business with FW for over 10 years and have been extremely satisfied with the customer service, prompt attention, rides, attractions, and best of all prices. FW delivered us broken tables, dirty linens, and took 8.5 hours to put up the tent because they had to make 4 trips back to the warehouse for things they forgot. We added a dance floor at the last minute. FW told us we needed to order the more expensive floor, so we agreed to the prrice, but they delivered the cheaper dance floor. They gave us a vague contract that didn't specifically require the more expensive floor, which we refused to sign. They insist that we have to pay for the more expensive floor anyways and have been harassing us ever since. We had to contact the BBB. Damaged, dirty, and broken equipment, botched deliveries, and borderline criminal business practices. Do NOT use this company. read more

Only interested in very large events. If you are a community organization, don't even bother with a request for proposal. It took them 3 days to tell me they weren't interested in my event. Maybe they can add that caveat to their website and save all of us some time. read more

In 1992, Brooks Grady and his son started Fantasy World Entertainment as an outdoor fun center, eventually moving into an indoor fun center before beginning the rental side of the business. They had forgotten! Once the rental items were delivered, they were filthy dirty with dry mud. The chairs were awful and disgusting. I had to wipe them off and it didn't do much. The rental items clearly needed a power wash but I was short on time as they were late delivering. The other issue I had was the chairs didn't all match. They are the same color and brand but are not the same style. I felt that I deserved some compensation and was only refunded my delivery fee. What a joke. I am so disappointed in Jim's and they have lost my business.

We each had a flight of six (Vintner's flight and Lazy Day flight) both delivering a couple of good options, but we enjoyed the Lazy Day flight more. The grounds are cute. We found some adirondack chairs to sit back and relax. There's a decent amount of outdoor seating but as it gets more crowded it's a good idea to bring your own chair as recommended on their website. There were no events on this day, but Layton's Chance does hold many events throughout the year that appear to be very popular. I noticed some of their upcoming holiday functions are already sold out. After finishing our flights it was on to the much raved about wine slushies. You can get small (12oz) or large (16 oz). It is with good reason the slushies are mentioned a lot in the reviews. Oh my they are delicious!!! The featured flavors on our visit were peach bellini and one made with the Freedom wine. Of course we capped off the visit with some bottles to take home and the mix to make the slushies.

Difficult to review an entire company based on one person and experience. Worth mentioning that employees of other companies were much more child friendly and safety conscious. Many parents just stopped letting their kids go on this ride because when the attendant is on their phone, kids aren't safe. read more
