This has been a great spot to take our almost two year old when going to the park is not ideal/feasible (like later in the day) and he needs time to run around and socialize. We love it here! When we moved to the area we tried out several other indoor playgrounds and this is the best by far! Not too huge that you can't keep an eye on your little one from the table area and not too small. My toddler can spend hours here being completely entertained. And it's never so crowded that I'm worried about him getting toppled over. The team working there are all SO SWEET! And most importantly (to me), someone is ALWAYS cleaning. They Lysol the tables and chairs the minute someone leaves, they're always vacuuming and cleaning up the play areas after the kids. But also are careful not to interrupt the kids playing. Lucked out on finding this playground for a play date with a friend of ours. I enjoyed the variety of play for my little one especially since he's a climber and crawler. Visited Fantasy World on a late afternoon. Luckily the playground was not too crowded. The price is $25 for two hours of play- other indoor playgrounds have all -day admission. There are a lot of slides, ball pits, and playhouses to keep a child occupied for hours. Shoes go in the cubbies prior to entering the play area. Your child also receives free grip socks. There is a decently sized seating area, and you are allowed to bring outside food. There are some decent food options within walking distance. The facilities are pretty clean, but some of the toys were missing pieces. The air conditioning was not on, so the place was like a sauna. My clothes gave the appearance I had finished hot yoga, even sitting in the dining area. read more

Very clean and well thought out play place. I would say it's more geared for ages 5 and younger, my 6 year old was bored after a short time. One thing I didn't like was the staff cleaning in the pretend play areas while kids were playing and reaching over them to put things away. What a FUN place! The place was so clean and the two young ladies there kept cleaning. I felt so bad for the ladies because the kids were old make a mess and they kept cleaning without minding to do so. The place was big enough, extremely clean, and thankfully not crowded. If you have a child with Autism there is a couple of swings, trampoline, and a fun ball pit!!!! We will definitely be returning and possibly hosting a party. read more

We just had my daughters 6th birthday there. I use to be an event planner so I have very high expectations. The VIP package exceeded my expectations! The food was great, the decorations were great, the dessert was amazing. The staff was so friendly, helpful and so on top of keeping the place clean, food and drinks stocked, and the place tidy and fun for the kids. I brought by niece to this brand new playground and was very happy. The place was very clean with a friendly staff. What i loved about this playground was that they had a separate area for toddlers which I have not seen at other playgrounds. It's common sense if you go over the 2 hours than it's only fair to charge more. And they provide grip Sox's for free!!!Sky zone Sox's are 5 bucks ! Brought the kids I Nanny to play on a Tuesday morning. They basically had the place to themselves because they were off school while other kids weren't. The place was very clean, easy to access and the kids had a blast! There were so many options of things to play. Climbing, kitchen, salon and baby area. This place is truly an all inclusive experience for all children ages 1 through 10. My nephew is six he has Autism and is non speaking, there are not many places we can go where he feels comfortable and safe to play in. I can truly say this is one of the first places we visited that he wanted to stay and did not want to leave. Normally if he is overwhelmed in spaces where there are allot of other children it becomes sensory overload this was not the case. The place from the outside seems small but utilized the space very well and had so many places he could go if it started to feel crowded in one area. The staff are very friendly and it is the cleanest play place I have ever taken him to, it has reasonable prices and is a good experience for the adults who can sit in the seating area with direct view of their children playing. I will definitely be back and highly recommend for anyone with a neurodivergent or neurotypical child to enjoy and feel free to play and express themselves. read more

Such a fun indoor playground / soft play spot. I think I liked it more than my son haha. Has a functional, moving soft play carousel for small toddlers! Has a 2 level jungle gym filled with awesome stuff. Even a trampoline and 3 slides into a ball pit. They have a pretend ice cream shop and coffee cafe, some cars to ride and baby strollers to push etc. A bit pricey in comparison to nearby indoor playgrounds ($25/2 hours) but worth it. They have lots of tables/chairs for adults and sell some food. They also rent out for private parties starting at $1500. Limited parking in the back, or find a side street / meter spot. The one thing I wish they had one baby gate set up somewhere between the front door and the gym just as extra precaution. We will definitely be back though! read more

I am so happy this indoor playground is now open!! I brought in my 4 year old on their opening day and she had so much fun. There is so much to do. Ball pits , slides , a trampoline, a doll house, a pretend grocery store, and so much more! We were there for about 2 hours and my daughter couldn't get enough we will have to come back. Better staff monitoring is needed to ensure all the kids' safety, especially within the 2 level maze and ball pit. Either with staff stationed w/i these areas or observation cameras. Plus, staff trained to address unsafe patron behavior. We brought our 2-year-old niece today, up until the last 20 minutes we had a great experience. The facility was clean. Play areas stimulating. She had a good time running around, interacting with the other toddlers. The last 20 minutes of our visit, a group came which included 3 kids about 7 to 9 yrs old. W/i seconds of commenting, they seemed too aggressive, jumping off the side of the slide, narrowly missing the toddlers playing in the ball pit. My husband, nephew & I watched one of these kids spit on my niece's forehead, twice! Initially, the parents in the group ignored the incident. Even denied it. When my nephew became assertive and pointed to the spit on his daughter's forehead. How inhumane & unhygienic. Then the kid's mom made her child apologize. The staff, although apologetic, seemed unskilled to handle the situation. A positive experience, w/i minutes flipped into an indelibly negative, won't return experience. read more
