We hosted our daughter's 4th birthday party here and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was so kind and helpful - thank you again, Amy, Mary, Lucy, and Susie! We chose party package #1 and the gals were so helpful with set up as we brought in most of our own decor. Overall facility was super clean, cool (AC needed for an August birthday), and the kids had a blast. Perfect for ages 7 - infants. Every parent/family told me how impressed they were with the space and how much fun their kids had. I've brought my kids here to play on my free time and they've had a blast. The owners are very helpful and kind. I met the family of the owners and after meeting them I've felt so much more comfortable brining my kids here. We threw a birthday party for my 5 year old and the pricing could not be beat especially with what they include. Great experience! We went on a Saturday right when they opened. I was expecting it to be busy, as most of these places are, but we were one of three families. It was heaven! Granted, more kids came over time but it seems to be more of the afternoon rush. $25 for the day for 1 kid and 2 adults free. This place is so clean and all of the equipment is brand new. It's not too large that you can't see your child when they run off. Lots of slides, ball pits, toys, a trampoline, a little carousel and more! My son had a blast. There is plenty of seating available for parents to hang out or even for kids to have a snack. Outside food is OK! You just can't bring food into the playground itself. I am looking forward to coming back and potentially exploring hosting an event here for my son in the future. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after today's experience I feel obligated to warn others. Amy, the manager, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional during our birthday party. From the moment guests arrived, her attitude was cold and unpleasant, and instead of helping, she seemed focused on finding excuses to charge additional fees wherever possible. Several guests felt uncomfortable because of the way she spoke and behaved. This was supposed to be a happy celebration for children, yet her behavior created unnecessary stress and completely ruined the atmosphere. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially for a business hosting family events and children's parties. Very disappointing experience. read more

The owner was extremely rude and has zero understanding on customer service. I took my daughter with her friend earlier this week and she had the audacity to assume how old my 5 month old baby is and told me I would need to pay for him as she knows he's over 6 months old as she has 3 kids of her own. Even after she was extremely rude with her tone I offered to show her proof that he is less than 6 months. I love the size of this location. It's very easy to keep track of your kid as they play in other areas, especially if you have multiple kids. They have a great variety of toys and it feels clean. They also don't have limitation on hours which is fabulous. Would recommend! read more

Recently had my kid's 3rd birthday here and it was terrific. Right from the start it was so very easy to book the time and the package we wanted. It was so convenient have everything prepared for us. I'm two months postpartum so I really couldn't imagine doing it all myself. We were even able to show her the theme and invite and she matched the decor perfectly! First let me say that we fell in love with this place because of its cleanliness, easy going staff and the fact that not only my baby, but 5 year old and 7 year old have so much fun playing here! This place has fun for all ages, from the ball pit to the slides to the marry go round and the trampoline, they also have swings and playrooms! We just did my son's 5th birthday here and it was hands down the easiest bday I have ever done. Set up was beautiful and all the kids had a blast! First off beware that the $25 per child and a sibling you do not get the discount on "weekends" so you have to pay each child of yours $25 not very good advertising on their IG page Also I had paid for my 2 hrs, I had to leave after 1 because they don't have a limit on kids while they were open for the public they had a small get together of 12 moms in one corner while the 75% of the 12 moms kids were not being watched lots of kids were getting hurt by running towards each other, kids were playing rough, few were not letting kids down the slide and lots of them 5 and up were in the "babies area" being rude to the babies one of them which were mine what is the point if there is no supervision from the staff there or enforce parents to be with their child at all times. I was hoping it would be like the others but disappointed.. please call in advance if they have yet another "party / get together" because it gets overwhelming especially when you have two kids read more
