I have total confidence in Dr Fanti. We switched to him years ago. I hear horror stories of people with dental issues -- needing things done and redone again. Dr. Fanti is a perfectionist which is very much appreciated by his patients. read more

When I questioned this outrageous cost I was talked down to and insulted - even after I told them the severity of my illness. They could have cared less. I was recommended highly by one person (very very very highly if you get my drift) and warned by several others that he is simply another muscle testing snake oil salesman. There are a lot of people in this part of NY who do not believe in conventional medicine or can NOT use it due to religious beliefs. "People" like this have nothing special but just have tapped into this highly lucrative "market." Very very sad.

The front office handles scheduling, billing, medical insurance, all you have to do is relax and let the therapists do their jobs; which they do quite well. The therapists call you in at your appointed time and immediately you're doing something or receiving some sort of treatment, constantly. They don't waste your time. I've been at other Physical Therapy businesses and there were times when i was sitting around for long periods before the next modality. Watching the clock as they wasted my time and money. When I had a follow up with the prescribing physician I'd let them know my time is valuable and I would not be going back to that place. If they couldn't suggest another therapist I'd find another doctor. I don't entertain fools. This place does well because of these factors: efficient operations, competent therapists, and feed back to the prescribing physicians. Word of mouth worked wonders before the internet and social media. Now it's faster to eliminate the ineffectual, inefficient, inept practices.

I just called again (there aren't many PTs covered around me), and she again took the opportunity to argue instead of make up for her mistake. At this point I feel there's no chance of receiving quality care here, specifically because of her attitude. If I went here, I'd also have to see her- and she makes me so uncomfortable I'm deciding not to receive care. Incorrect info aside, it's the willingness to fight and put me down that really disturbed me. I think she's the sister of the owner, so expect her to be there a long time. Finally, IF I had listened to her incorrect information I would be on the hook for out of pocket PT (she kept insisting I could come in without a referral, even though my insurance told both of us that wasn't the case.) I hope the practice takes this review seriously-- I'd like to think that at least the PTs take their oath not to do harm seriously.

Started out here for acupuncture for a back pain issue. The treatment seems to be working and is…read morepretty relaxing. My issues have more to do with the environment. It's more of a 'doctor factory'. Little care for the patients and no time. It's more in and out as quickly as possible. Often times putting the needles in quickly and a bit painfully as well. I've often had to wait in the room for more than 20 minutes before seeing the acupuncturist. I actually dressed and left once. It's also not conducive to being relaxed. The walls are paper thin, so you hear every patient conversation, every footstep up and down the corridor and every staff conversation. No one even tries to be quiet. Kitchen timers are set outside each room, so you have loud beeping noises going off during your relaxing treatment - it sounds like America's Test Kitchen. The rooms are also very worn out - definitely need an upgrade, cleaning and new coat of paint. I like and believe in the acupuncture, but if my insurance didn't cover it or I had to pay out of pocket, I wouldn't come here.

They have me sold on acupuncture when nothing else worked. I also used their physical therapy room for ankle pain after a surgery. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Biggest plus is I called around other acupuncture offices and they don't take insurance but here they!
