There is a wonderful balance of structure and warmth in the care they provide. What I appreciate most is that the caregivers clearly love what they do. Most days I come home to focused studying and organized routines, but every so often I'll walk in to find everyone, caregiver included, in the middle of a full-blown karaoke session or dressed head-to-toe as princesses. They don't even give you a phone number to call if there are issues or concerns, the only communication they do is through email, except for the initial interview. Expect to book 12 weeks at a time and cancellation fees. They also send you very brief descriptions of your child's caregiver, no photo or resume. I cannot recommend this agency due to poor management and a lack of professionalism. Our experience was defined by uncertainty and bad communication. It took an unreasonable amount of time to find a placement, and once we did, the reliability was non-existent (tardiness and leaving the job site for lunch). I was looking for an agency that would offer good nanny services, I wasn't too sure about several of them but when I had a chat with Farah, she sold me on the quality of nannies she have had and what she offered. While we did have some misses, Farah was always prompt on addressing any issues and I would always get a really good nanny for my girls. While the nanny mainly work with our youngest, it's always great to have a nice nanny that talks to our older girl who's. I do have to for a shout out to Lira, Katherine, and Natasha. What an amazing nanny service - from the moment we met Farah, we knew this was what we needed for our baby son. We have had a few different nannies and it's been a wonderful experience, particularly with Sophia, Jaycee, and Katie. They have all treated our son with such love and kindness that I have always felt comfortable leaving him with them at all times. Our son has a condition that requires casts then braces on his feet and every nanny has been great with managing this.
