It took an unreasonable amount of time to find a placement, and once we did, the reliability was non-existent (tardiness and leaving the job site for lunch). Expect to book 12 weeks at a time and cancellation fees. They also send you very brief descriptions of your child's caregiver, no photo or resume. What an amazing nanny service - from the moment we met Farah, we knew this was what we needed for our baby son.
