She was also the one that washed my hair. I voiced my concern about sensitivity and she was like no problem and even informed my hair dresser. She was gentle with washing my hair. Then my hair dresser Winnie, felt like I was talking to my aunt. So sweet and gentle with me. She heard my concerns and gave recommendations.
