Also while waiting for the dye to settle in they gave me a nice soft donut pillow to hold my phone up and offered coffee, green tea or water with a little chocolate cookie snack. It's the little details that really up the quality! Jina did such an amazing job with the cut color and styling--very meticulous and professional--and the girl who washed my hair (I think her name was Iris) was great too.
