They also turned into loyal customers who keep coming back (one of them even travels from DC once every couple of months to see him). Jeong is a very talented hairstylist who knows your hair better than you do. He would suggest the styles and colors that best fit with your skin tone and facial features. He does amazing dye jobs from single process brunette colors to all the ashy brown, gray, purple, pink, etc., balayage and ombre. Your bleached hair would not be as damaged and even after the color fades away it still looks nice (not dirty blonde). I was looking through my reviews and I noticed I gave Jeong Chen a five star review and I was shocked. I guess I forgot about it because the next time I washed my hair at home my hair fell off like slime so I had bigger problems. He insisted on leaving the review in the salon and that should have been my first clue there was something off, he gave me samples for extreme damage lol ironic. After he gave me samples I was happy to assist with leaving the review. However, I didn't know what was waiting for me when I washed my hair next. I had to cut so much off. He ruined my hair. There was a photo shot in the salon that took his attention and he forgot about his customer leaving bleach in my hair to the point of no return. It was a true nightmare and my only regret is not updating this review sooner. Any colorist who tells you Gummy Hair after bleaching is normal is not a colorist with talent, in fact they're not colorist at all.
