The amount of half truths and downright misinformation is astounding and one should seriously question the integrity of both. By the time PCW called me about my Audi S5 I was already having some form of PTSD and remained suspicious up until the day of the pick up. However in the end, my experience was nothing short of effortless. Mina contacted me along with her manager Parham, who were both very professional and responsive. After a short discussion about the car we settled on a selling price that was both fair and respectful. I so appreciated all of them making this so easy for me. Best part was when I had trouble arranging a time to drop off the car, Parham sent a driver to pick up the car (I live 1.5 hours outside their dealership which is in the GTA). Hossein drove out to meet me. He was lovely and had a great sense of humour. He carefully checked over the car and that was it. We both went into the bank, Hossein took care of all the paperwork, a certified cheque was drawn and off they went. For those of you who find yourselves in a situation like mine with a car to sell, I can assure you these guys are legit and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

They said my brakes, rotor ball (or something like that), spark plugs, and HVAC system all required work. The total for everything came to $3,000, and I was told my car was unsafe to drive off the lot. Naturally, I felt uncomfortable spending such a large amount of money on the spot, so I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to a trusted family-owned mechanic shop in the city, and to my surprise, they found absolutely nothing wrong with my car. It's running just fine. I would strongly advise against trusting this place. It seems like they're more interested in making money off unnecessary repairs than actually helping customers.
