She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She asked what kind of jimmies I wanted instead of assuming, happily answered my questions about the flavors, and served everything with a genuine smile. On such a hot summer day, while many people her age are out with friends, she was working hard and providing outstanding customer service. My sundae looked spectacular with all the toppings, and her attention to detail made the experience even better. Top-notch service and a great reminder that kindness goes a long way. Thank you!

My daughter and 5 year old granddaughter drove down from Bangor, ME. My granddaughter so badly…read morewanted to go to Mini-Mel's so we checked the website to see if they are open yet for the season and it said they were open from 12-6PM. See photo of website that I checked today. I even had my wife call them to confirm because it is April 23rd and I wasn't sure if the season started yet. No one answers the phone. They just have a recording saying to check their website for days and hours. So we drove there. The ticket booth had a lighted sign that says, "Open" and listed their hours as Noon - 6PM Monday through Sunday starting April 19th but no one was there and many rides had tarps over them. We walked around looking for someone and finally found a person who worked there. They said they are only open on weekends. My wife explained that she called and no one answers the phone. The person said that we should have checked the website for their hours. She said, "We did and it says you are open." As does the lit up sign at the ticket booth! The person said, "Well all the rides are closed and covered with tarps." Anyway, my granddaughter started crying. She was so disappointed because we had told her all about the rides and bounce house and she had been so excited to go. We couldn't go back on the weekend because she was leaving to go back home to Maine on Friday. This place has gone downhill. This is the second time in the last year that it has been closed when it was supposed to be open and I will not subject my grand kids to this nonsense and disappointment, nor will I give my hard earned money to a company with such poor customer service. Save your money and go someplace where they will treat you right!

Very clean and very well kept, and had a great real golf course feel to it with the water falls. The awesome thing about this place every hole had the flag post like a normal course would have. Also the clubs were all metal bottoms not rubber covered ones. Ball selection was scares in colors but non the less very great place for mini golf.
