The problem they do not monitor the quality of the meat being used. I believe some people bring in meat that has been in the freezer a couple of years or meat that was not handled properly in the field. It is not pleasant when you take a bite and get they taste of meat that should have never been put into the product. I took them 40 pounds of fresh venison, did not quite have the required 50 pounds minimum so they added other peoples venison. I have tried the completed product twice, and got really bad tasting bites both times, totally ruins your meal. I am throwing the rest of the product away, about $250 lost because they mixed someone "rank" tasting meat with the fresh meat that I brought in
