They are an insurance exchange for both health and auto coverage so they can research your rates among several different companies to find you the cheapest. My only complaint is sometimes the customer service times can be a little rocky and time consuming; the end result is saving money just requires a little patience and your time. Sadly, she has been unwilling to help me appropriately cancel my home policy with Country Financial when I have prior proof of insurance with a new carrier. It is disappointing to see an agent in the insurance industry have a lack of empathy for clients. She has acted unethically and has refused to take the next step in submitting my proof of insurance to underwriters at Country Financial. I have called the home office of Country Financial three times regarding this. They have reached out to her as well, yet she still refused to do the right thing. I have filed a consumer complaint with the Idaho Department of Insurance and will proceed to contact the appropriate agencies until my money is refunded. I would highly recommend reconsidering doing business with her and her office. It tells a lot about a person when they put business over people.
