You've heard of Farm to Table... but have you heard of Farm to Truck? Since 2014, Farm to Truck Colorado has been serving up fantastic food while sourcing from local farmers, produce growers, and meat purveyors whenever possible. I caught them when they were parked at New Terrain Brewing a couple of weeks ago and was seriously impressed. The flavors, the quality, and how perfectly everything was cooked...wow. Let's dig in! what I tried: Lamb Burger: Famous Colorado lamb, greens, fried onions, goat cheese, mint aioli Truck Burger: Grass-fed beef, cheddar, greens, tomato, red onion, pickle, truck sauce The CBR: Roasted pulled chicken, farmer's bacon, greens, tomato, red onions, truck-made ranch Pesto Macaroni Salad Yellow Curry Potato Salad French Fries best bites: That lamb burger? Incredible. Perfectly cooked, super flavorful, and the mint aioli + goat cheese combo was chef's kiss. The truck burger was juicy and packed with flavor too, with a soft, sturdy bun that held up to every bite. As for the sides? I'm a big macaroni salad fan, and their pesto twist made it even better. The yellow curry potato salad was just as good as it was bright, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. read more

This is a food truck that features burgers and sandwiches on big brioche buns. They have lamb and several other meats featured, plus a couple of vegetarian/vegan options. Prices are very reasonable for food trucks and you get a side of your choice as well - the pasta salad is my favorite of the bunch. Not the most interesting of ethnic cuisines when compared to other food trucks around town, but a good spot to visit when you just want a good meal. read more

This amazing food truck was located at the Dia de los Muertos celebration at Olinger Hyland Mortuary and Cemetery last Saturday. There were 3 food trucks total there along with an ice cream truck, so plenty of choices. Once I dialed in and my brain selected Farm to Truck I approached the window. The chef asked what I was hungry for and advised my that the Testarossa sammy was one of their top sellers. I took his advice and was blown away. The combination of the smashed lamb patty, bacon, feta, and all the fresh veggies was simply amazing. This burger was life altering. The menu is extensive and features wide variety of options for every taste. I noshed on the grass-fed beef burger (cheddar, arugula, tomato, red onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard, and garlic aoli) with macaroni salad. While my husband partook in the roasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich (roasted boneless chicken thigh, bacon, arugula, tomato, red onions, and truck made ranch) with potato salad. He usually smothers his pulled pork in BBQ sauce but the meat was seasoned perfectly so he didn't miss it! I had the salad bar salad with pulled chicken and the pesto macaroni salad. Ordered the lamb burger with fries and the Buffalo wings. The burger was a fresh made bun, tender, juicy, seasoned lamb, tender greens, yummy mint sauce, crispy onions, and goat cheese. I added cheddar cheese, pickle, and tomato (all good, too). I also ordered one portion of bacon and put some of that on the burger. So good! Cooked very well: tender, not tough or too chewy. The wing meat fell of the bone and the meat was mostly crispy, not soggy at all. Very fresh food! read more

Tried this place for the first time. Got the spicy pork brunch sandwich and it was AMAZING!! I haven't been this pleased with something new in a long time. I would absolutely get it again. Terrible concept of doing business, touch-free is fine but create an account, give up all credit card info, address, etc. to order is a bit of overkill, in particular when the preparers we're not wearing masks not gloves. Fortunately, I visited when Farm To Truck was there. Their menu is short but really has something for everyone. I had the pulled port sandwich.
