Turkish Chef trick at an event last Friday
    Marty P.

Turkish Chef was parked in a parking lot at a community event on Friday 10/07. I attended this event with a few friends of mine. There were many other food trucks at this event and I chose Turkish Chef. I ordered a Doner wrap, a side of fries and a soda. Total bill was $25.45, with tip. I was very pleased with the Doner wrap. You have a choice to order a Doner plate or wrap. I loved the fries! They were different and a huge portion as well! The fries had cheese crumbles and spices in it. I didn't feel a need to use ketchup on them. Overall, I was very pleased with the food. I would order more food from Turkish Chef in the future. Staff was very friendly as well. Also, I didn't need to wait long for my food. I recommend checking them out sometime. I've had Turkish food before and this food truck delivers good quality. Enjoy!

If you see the Turkish Chef on Wheels, stop and grab a delightful meal. We tried the Chicken & Doner Combo Special. It comes with a side salad, beans, pita, rice, chicken and lamb. It's a great option to try almost everything on the menu. Surprisingly, the lamb was my favorite! It was PACKED with flavor that made me grab more and more, until it was all gone. Haha, I may just opt for a Doner Special, next time. Either way, Ismet, the owner and chef, will make you a quality and authentic Turkish meal that will surly give your tastebuds delight!

Amazing Doner plate, meat was so tender and seasoned to perfection, falafel was crispy and soft on the inside, sauce is perfect, nailed the pita texture, even the rice and the salad on the side were fresh and clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

This truck came by my office today so I had to try it out. Menu is clear and simple. Ordering was very quick. The food did not take too long at all to arrive. On to the goods, I ordered the doner mixed grilled of lamb/beef and chicken. Every meat was juicy and delicious. Extremely well flavored. The falafel was scrumptious as well. I didn't like the hummus too much, I prefer more of a warm/smoother hummus than cold one but that's just my personal preference. Overall, the meal was quite satisfying. It is a bit up there on price, around $15-16 so that's to be noted.

The falafel was amazing! The #wraps looked incredible, will be back for one of those bad boys. The mint #yogurt was really good, great with the falafel. The Turkish homemade #hotsauce was a solid touch, as well. Turkish Chef on Wheels turned out to be one of the best #foodtrucks in #Denver. We tried this food truck at Four Mile Historic Park. The food was awesome! Everything was absolutely delicious and authentic. The falafel was especially amazing. I would say it did take a while to get the food. The people were friendly and very nice.

Had this food truck at our complex and it's absolutely delicious! Portions are way big so you get lots for what you pay. Got the doner/chicken combo platter, feta fries, and a can of soda for $26 bucks and easily have 2 meals minimum. Service was quick and friendly. Food is fresh and tasty. Not greasy or heavy. Would definitely have again

Big portions. Delicious food. We got the donor kabob wrap and it was really good. A bit spicy but we like that. We also got the Cajun fries. Those were great as well. Highly recommend this food cart! The guy was super friendly too.

$3.00 for this thing. Absurd that there's no indication until after you pay that you're getting a comically small desert that's almost like an SNL skit of rip off food trucks. Tastes fine, but ruined by the shameless overpricing.

Turkish chef food truck in action, the line is long for a reason, but it goes fast!

The food is so bad. There is absolutely no flavor. I couldn't believe how bland this food was. Also expensive for what it is.

We did a quick spin through the next traffic circle and headed right back to A Bit O'Boston. Sho'nuff, that menu had the Fried Clams, Clam Chowdah and MORE. Lobster Cakes! Lobster Rolls! Authentic Boston Baked Beans! The best Potato Salad I've had this side of a southern church picnic. Old Bay seasoning on the condiment table. This joint is authentic. We got one "Back Bay"(Clam Strips with a side, he chose fries) and one Lobster Cakes with a side (Baked Beans for me) and we HAD to sample the potato salad after seeing the person before us dig into theirs. Very glad we did. It was outstanding. As was everything! The clam strips were more like clam clusters, and appeared to be hand breaded. Light and not greasy at all, definitely had some Old Bay in that batter! The Lobster Cakes were, wait for it, FILLED WITH LOBSTER. (See the photo. You won't believe it.). These are fry-bread type fritters, filled with huge chunks of lobster and cheese and deep fried. Absolute heaven. The baked beans were filled with bacon and the flavor of the love that went into making these traditional favorite. Karen, the owner, is the real deal. A nor'easter to the bone, and she loves enlightening the uninitiated to the ways of Boston, whether it's her wicked awesome food, her New England Patriots paraphernalia (You'll forgive her quickly once you taste her food), or her super friendly nature. Get in there now, y'all. This place is about to be HUGE.
