After paying $12 for a burger, I'd expect for it to come back to my standards which are not ridiculously high. With these mistakes, I'd sooner go to a 5 guys than go back here. This gave one additional redeeming star, but after all that had happened, I just gave the 2nd burger to a colleague because I simply lost my appetite after having a wad of wax paper in my mouth.
