First, a shout-out to the security guy. I didn't catch his name, but he was really chill, welcoming, and friendly. Honestly, he provided more customer service than the employees inside. There were five employees and only one customer -- me. I asked a few questions, and I was basically left standing there with no customer service or effort to help me. It honestly felt like they didn't want my business. I also didn't have cash or my physical debit card with me. I was planning to pay with my phone, like I normally do. I was simply told that I couldn't use my phone and that I needed my physical card or cash. No one mentioned whether there was an ATM available or if there was a nearby place where I could get cash. There was no attempt to help or offer any kind of solution. I understand that businesses have policies, and that's fine. But customer service matters. I made the decision to stop there, try a new dispensary, and spend my money there -- and the experience made me feel like my business wasn't wanted. So I'll be spending my money somewhere else. If I could give a 0, I would. The only reason I'm giving a 1 is because of the security guy. He was the one person who made me feel welcomed. Shout-out to him -- he deserves the credit.

Their products were top notch and the variety offered is outstanding. I've been around cannabis for years, but I lack knowledge regarding cannabidiol and its modern application with patients.
