The security guard/person at the first desk is not very friendly. I get that you are security but your also the first face of the business and it just gives off bad vibes from the start. The bud tenders are not very knowledgeable and they lack dab options. This place is like 1 mile from me so I still give it a chance like once a month, but today was the last straw. First time going there a few weeks back was an awesome experience. Having dealt with almost every aspect of the cannabis industry I try my best not to got to dispensaries as often as possible because, let's be honest we all know we're paying for now then we did with prop 215. Anyways I was asking about rosin and was disappointed then didn't carry any at the time. I ended up getting the clear brand disposable and it was just okay. Distillate so I kinda knew it would be mids at best. I had got some shatter that had been there a while so it was sugared up and what I suspected was CRC. But again, knew the quality I was getting and was fine with it up until I dabbed it and got that CRC taste. I even ended up helping out three customers while I was there about deciding what they wanted and was asked if I had a resume which I then spoke to the manager about open positions they had. Was a all around good experience. Tonight was not that experience. I was greeted by the same security guard. Extremely nice guy. I walked in after getting my license scanned. Was greeted by someone who had almost no knowledge of the products this coming was carrying or any of the deals they had going on. I asked about the wonderbrett grapes of wrath in particular and the BOGO on stizzys. They had only two flavor's available in full gram, multiple flavors of half gram pods and a single flavor of a disposable pen...it being a half gram. The bogo stizzys were half gram pods. Again I pretty much had to ask these questions a few times and the person helping me went back over to ask the lead again what the special was. I asked for the grapes of wrath to look at it. It was in a black box that was sealed. So I asked to look at it. The person helping then started opening it. He was then stopped and said we couldn't look at it. I asked why and he said that it's because of how they sealed the box. I said I feel like I'm buying a mystery flower. He said that's not the case. But after he rambled on for a few minutes and said so "pretty much what you're saying." I ended up leaving without buying anything. Might try it again but I'll probably just wait until I get back up north. Definitely 50/50 experience so maybe next time would be better. read more
