The driver…read moredropped it off on Saturday morning and I text him stating that it needed to be picked up on Sunday after 6:30pm since the event ended at that time and we had someone coing out to do repairs in the front where they left the porta potty, Oscar (owner) never responded. Monday morning came around, no response, and no pick up. I text him at 2pm asking if we can get it picked up, and he finally responded with "Its getting picked up today". At 6:30pm I had to text him again asking when it was getting picked up, he said his driver is still doing pick ups but we were the NEXT pick up. My husband spoke to him over the phone to get a time, Oscar said the driver will be there at 8:30pm, he gave us his word, my husband asked to text him once his driver will be here. At 7:30pm he texts us stating that he will be here tomorrow (Tuesday) morning. After giving us his word, and knowing we wanted this picked up since Sunday evening, this is the customer care service we receive. Yes, prices are reasonable, but the communication, customer service, and reliability is not. They finally picked it up at 9:30pm. I just do not want anyone else going through what i went through. Sometimes you do get what you pay for.

Each time there was a problem with the fence, fence factory would send a crew out but if the crew didn't have DJ, the job was left unfinished. Each time DJ came the job was well completed and exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, DJ was such a breath of fresh air and kept our spirits high as we still look for our last pitbull named Blue.
