I have been the Chairman of the Ojai Wine Festival for the past 18 years and am responsible for the planning, setup, and overall operation of the event. The team here provides great mobile RV pumping services and water re-fill if you are dry-camping. Recommend calling to book a reservation if you plant to camp along Highway 1st the Rincon. Drivers do make their way down the road, so you can also flag them down. Reasonable prices. Professional service. read more

We camp at Rincon and they are there on a regular schedule. We've used them as a dump station several times. Highly recommend! Friendly and efficient and we don't have to leave our spot!! Dump is $50. If you need water topped off it's $30. Totally worth it read more

I feel the folks at JW Enterprises have gone above and beyond in taking care of my situation when I couldn't reach SCE to ask where the temporary power pole could be located. They offered to install the pole where we thought would be best and even offered to move it for free if SCE has a problem with it. I didn't even know where to start and they were very helpful and had a solution to every problem. It really lifted a load off my shoulders at a time that was very stressful with so much rebuilding to do. Good communication, friendly, explained everything well. I couldn't ask for more. Also, I called and filled out "contact me" forms for about a dozen companies, half of which never got back to me, and JW enterprises was by far the best price. The installer came out and did a great job and didn't need a thing from me, was professional and didn't leave a mess. Everything came when it was they said it would. I would definitely recommend them. A+ all the way....and I got a portable toilet for my property cheaper than I could find anywhere else as a package deal. It has shelves in it, which the last one didn't and a place to hang my jacket. read more

This comment is way past due and in short, I would never recommend them. This company promises but doesn't deliver. Common response when I was explaining the need and details was "no worries", that's because they're not worried about you getting what you need and paid for. What they pick up (crap) is reflected in their service, especially management (Will). They didn't deliver a handicap stall where they agreed to and didn't provide a lock. When I cancelled the service, due to the distance the elderly would have to walk, they charged me $60. The manager got on the phone and was a total jerk. read more

I don't normally right any reviews but seeing some of the reviews about their service seems a little unfair I have an rv parked at my home that is set up on weekly service and every week the driver shows up and is super friendly I don't always see them but I can count on the service being performed weekly without fail one of the things I like about them the most read more

We called Tuesday am for a portable RV dump on Thursday. We were told around 11:00, called at 12 and we were not on the schedule. We were told they would arrive later. Called at 3:30 after no service and told, won't happen today, how about Saturday, we leave the campground on Friday. Not a happy camper read more

Specifically asked them to do a morning delivery, called in 11:45am to follow up and they had no idea what was going on. Gave specific instructions to call me when the delivery driver was here. No one called and an hour later I'm going to my driveway and I see a restroom dropped off. I asked them to come and move it inside on my property where it would not be accessible to the public and was told they cannot accommodate my request because the driver had left already. The time was still 1 pm and there was plenty of time in the work day to fix their mistake. Due to JW's incompetence, I literally have an invitation to the public to come use my driveway as a restroom. I tired explaining this to their customer support manager, of what an inconvenience this is especially considering I'm right next to a school and we get heavy foot traffic but he was not interested. Instead he tried to tell me that this is the way their company operates and they place the Porta Potty at a place where it's convenient to them. Unbelievable that they would openly admit that their customers convenience is not a priority to their company.. This whole experience feels like a big prank.. I've used Andy Gump in the past but was referred by them to JW as they were not going to be able to complete my request in the required timeframe. Clearly makes sense, that their the much more superior company and in the future I would call ahead to make my accommodations through Andy Gump. read more

I rented bathrooms from JW for my wedding and would never go through them again. I asked them to be there at 10am and my bathrooms didn't get there until 2pm. My wedding guests had to find bathrooms elsewhere for the first 2 hours of my event. When I called the next day questioning why they weren't there on time their response was "we were busy with the fair..." Avoid the stress and look elsewhere. read more

We were dry camping at Hobson Beach Campground and a fellow camper told about JW. I called last minute and told the super friendly lady on the phone we were leaving within the hour. She told me she couldn't guarantee they would arrive time but no harm or foul if we left. However, within 45 minutes the truck pulled up and a friendly man emptied our tanks super fast! Less than 10 minutes. He was helpful also, telling us that we needed to be careful as their truck vacuum suctions out the tanks so there is a risk of it sucking in the tanks. But we monitored it and had zero issues. $40 to empty both tanks. $20 if you need to fill up your water tank. This is a life saver as Faria & Hobson campground does not have a dump station and the hook up spots are way too close together. JW enterprises is a game changer! We will use them every time we dry camp! read more

We parked at Rincon Beach for a few days. They were driving down the line serving rv's when we arrived. Few days later I met them while riding our bikes into town. Price seemed fair so I wrote down my space number, rv type, and paid them cash. When we returned our rig was serviced and fresh showers never felt so good. I would use them if your in need. Trucks and crew were clean and professional looking. There was no mess or fuss. I believe they work better on a "flag down" type of service here at the beach. Thanks read more

Undependable!! I called 3 days before to schedule for a Tuesday RV Service, and was assured we were good to go. Waited and waited! Finally called and they said "Sorry, we must've overlooked your reservation?" No offer to come out and take care of business until Thursday!!!! We have a full tank of gray water now!! If I could give no stars I would! We called right away at 7am for service they explained by a certain time they would be doing their service. And of course that was a lie... they didn't mention they fill up a shit load of other people at the time they give you. They then went down the row of guests and were right next to our trailer and skipped us! We called to ask their whereabouts and they basically said tough shit we're done for the day and won't be back till Thursday. Well we're gone by then so I guess there goes taking a dump , showering, or drinking water. Very unprofessional to not acknowledge or help out people who you screwed over. read more

These guys cannot get an order straight. Dates wrong, campgrounds wrong, sites wrong TWICE. And these guys have a monopoly contract with the County of Ventura. County needs to find a new contractor. If you call these guys request a confirmation (we did, but never got one and they screwed up again). Good luck. read more
