I love finding these off the beaten path places. This is surely it. Get lost on the wrong side of town and keep driving and find a tunnel of foliage and keep driving and you will find a secret garden! This is for sure a secret place and a happy place! The flowers and plants are so lovely, and also have labels and information and just ask Cindy if you have questions. She's so sweet! My friend wanted flowers that attracted butterflies and bees and she told her exactly which ones served that purpose. There are also shaded plants like bromeliads, and there are also plants like succulents, air plants, orchids. Well browsing through their site I found a common Bermuda seed. It seemed to be the ONLY one that had a picture of a product label. It stated 98% percent seed , great I thought. I will order this and prepare my own soil. I get my order and it is not even 50% seed. I realize that I ordered a coated seed but they clearly show a product that is different. That's fraud to a customer that is not familiar with all the ins and outs of grass seed. I called and the gentleman I spoke to was useless. A stock generic picture he said. No it's really not. If it's not the product you are supplying then don't group them together. So now they want me to pay to return the product and pay a 20% restocking fee. It's personally not worth my time to do so and lose the money in the process. Do yourself a favor and buy from a local farm store. They get a lot of their products from the same suppliers that Hancock gets their seed from. Very disappointed. I thought I'd support this business instead of a big box store. They treated me even more poorly and their return policy is a joke.

I contacted Stutzman Brothers on a Friday afternoon to get a price for removing the ginourmous…read moreLaurel oak in my backyard which was dropping limbs weekly. I immediately had a good feeling about them because the person answering the phone was very organized, assured me that they carried worker's compensation (a must!), had two arborists in the company, and she said that even though they were about 4-6 weeks out for tree removal, they did make exceptions for emergencies. We arranged for an estimator to come out the following Monday. He showed when he said he would, and I had my quote within the hour. I decided to hire them because I was told they could start my project in a week. Also, of the four companies I received quotes from, they were the cheapest by almost $2K. Their team was OUTSTANDING taking down my tree. I actually had a camera hooked up to my back window, so I could watch them live from my computer at work. One of the major rules of tree take down is that you can't take the tree over a power line, and I watched time and time again as they carefully swung a newly removed tree limb around to avoid the power line and bring it down to the ground. They were awesome from start to finish, rolling my motorcycle out of danger's way, putting my fence back up perfectly, raking and sweeping all the tree debris up, cleaning grease stains off of my driveway, and just being all around polite, friendly and efficient. I give them 5+ stars!

The man who came to give me the quote seemed very knowledgable about trees and the things I could do to prevent limbs from falling on my house or my neighbors house. Their service were a bit pricy but I do like the job they did. They thinned out my large oak and took out a bunch of big branches all around the tree. I was hoping to talk to some of the guys who came to work on my tree about what they were doing but non of the spoke any English. All in all i'm happy my tree is thinned out and trimmed all the while still looking as big and beautiful as it did before.

Three men at the front counter talking when I came in, no one acknowledged my entrance into the store. I walked around for over 20 minutes looking for what I was needing. No one offered to help. There were five other people in the store looking lost and confused. There were four employees and no one offered to help any of the customers in there. On my way out empty-handed, there was a lady that greeted someone else they came in the door. I had about eight or nine things on my list. I wanted to pick up and I walked out without anything. There's another hardware store a little bit further from my house, I typically try to go there because the customer service seems to be spot on.
