The sales associate that answers the phone will ask you alot of questions, then to give you the "REAL" premiums based on upselling Auto as well. My quote on the phone was DOUBLE the quote on the mailer. Mr. Ellerbee likes wasting people's time I guess. But I wouldn't suggest doing business with someone this unethical.

At first everything appeared…read moreto be fine but the agent that was assigned to me really ruined my experience with Allstate and almost made me change companies. I was taken off auto payment without my permission and this increased my policy. She also increased my deductible to my renters insurance that was paid in full. After I specifically instructed her not to make any changes to that policy. There was no benefit or purpose in me requesting an increase in my deductible for a policy that was paid in full but she says I asked her to increase it. Just like she said I removed myself from auto payment. I'm not sure if she was purposely sabotaging me or these were mistakes that she refused to own up to either way she is a horrible agent in my opinion. I went above her head and complained but the others in the office ignored my concerns and sided with their agent. I eventually switched to the local office in Loganville Amy Reese and I haven't had any problems since the switch. I do not recommend this office. If you must use them I don't recommend Gloria Gregory.

Once they get your down payment you are basically history to this office. One star is to generous!!!!!!!!!
