I started the policy with them for a future date and they kept sending all the mail to that house we were in the process of purchasing. I had to call them back 5 or 6 times and ask them to send to my current address. Then the lady decided to correct my name but ended up misspelling it. It was correct before she messed with it. My bill was incorrect every time. I had to call to get them to fix it each time. I even spoke to the manger that swore it wouldn't happen again. But the next month I got a bill for $40 more again. When trying to cancel I got multiple email from 2 different people in the office. 1 said I was going to be sent a refund check and the other was demanding that I call pay my remaining balance. If you don't want a constant headache and good service it's worth the extra money to go to another company.

She seems helpful and professional and assured me that they can take care of my insurance needs. I email her my current declarations and receive a one word reply "received". I sent another two emails that day explaining some nuances of my property and did not receive any replies. (three emails to her and only one reply consisting of one word) A week goes by with no other correspondence. April 28 I send an email asking "what's happening". She responds "I need to verify your date of Birth and Last four of your SS" to which I promptly provide. No further correspondence. May 8 I send an email asking "I am wondering what is happening with my insurance? " and she replies "please call me" I call her and she says she is having trouble with the system and I ask her to call me when she gets it squared away. I NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD. I emailed one last time May 14 and never received a reply! I understand Jerry is out of town, but if he cares about his business, he may want to work with his staff. I have not encountered such lack of professionalism in the insurance industry. Really disappointing, as I read all the good reviews about Jerry, I am sure he's great.
