I paid in full because they said monthly was not an option. I got a cancellation notice for non payment. Called them and they said the payment was not enough. They sent me another bill that was more. I asked for my money back and they would never give it back although they cancelled my policy. I complained to the states DOI, so almost a year later rather than send my money back, they claimed that I was mistakingly cancelled and they reinstated me and sent a bill. I replied that I want money back not their insurance because I had been cancelled for almost a year and if I had died no insurance would have been available. DO NOT BUY SECURIAN ANYTHING.

BellLabs became Bellcore, then Telecordia, then Ericsson, and then the insurance went to Minnesota Life. To my frustration, I have repeatedly been told that Minnesota Life is "unable to locate" her policy, which has resulted in undue delays in processing the claim. This is completely unacceptable, as I have provided all necessary documentation, including a certified copy of her death certificate and proof of identification. Furthermore, this delay has caused significant financial hardship for our family, who were relying on the policy to cover outstanding expenses and provide some relief during this difficult time.
