When I tried calling , or emailing stating problem with state form. I started to file May 5th, ran into problems, tried to make use of their customer service, which apparently is lacking communication skills. May 17 comes and still no success but many hours on the computer. I ended up going to H and R block in Cloquet. They were amazing, so helpful. They stayed open , and I was able to have taxes done and sent, and received before the deadline. Staff was wonderful and friendly. I will definitely go back there next year.

Central location as the one that'd be most convenient for me. Sasha, the young man running that location, was a consummate professional, friendly and helpful, and I was very happy with the resulting federal refund (which I received in less than 2 weeks), as well as the security of knowing if there are any problems I can go back to them to get it fixed. I may buy a property later this year rather than continue to rent, and since evidently the owner, T.J., does financial advice, if I do need it I plan to utilize them again, as they have earned my trust based on the tax prep job they completed for me.

They will stick you with a fee of like $7 for every hundred dollars that the check is. If you do have a bank account there the tellers are nice and if you are a merchant then you get to jump in a smaller line to make deposits. The only reason I ended up closing my account here is beaches I use a credit union now and don't have a use for 5 bank accounts.
