Went to California Insurace Commision and after several phone calls. Emails and pictures. Insurance Company relented and removed their attempt to super surcharge premium on renewal. Fault was mis -interpreted photo drone took. Fraud action was by one of the insurance companies this agency represents. Local agent gave no assistance to resolve or recommend solution.
