We decided to stop in for breakfast while in town. Absolutely love the decor, Coca-Cola decor galore! It has a super homey feel to it and good prices. Our waitress did such a wonderful job. However the food was very sub par. Im hoping they were just having an off day and we will give it another shot if we go back into town. Our hash browns, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage were all ok. Nothing special but it was the pancakes that really threw us through a loop. They tasted raw but texture wise they were fully cooked. It was a very odd taste and not a fan. Will still give them another shot. Will update review when we do read more

The owner, for absolutely no reason, doubled the price of a meal for a diner for no reason. She scribbled out the correct prices on the ticket and wrote doubled prices on it. The diner had not caused any issue whatsoever. Do not give this woman your business. read more

We waited a whole hour for our food I didn't eat because this place ruined my appetite they ordered our food to the wrong table they were charging fourteen dollars for a salad. Great little diner and worth the drive out of way if you are on 71 heading some where. Staff was great - food is excellent! On our way home from Carroll, which doesn't have much to offer for diners, we decided to keep driving until we found something. thanks to fellow Yelpers, we stopped here. Everything on the breakfast menu sounded so yummy that it is hard to decide. But I opted to be good and ordered the vegetarian omelet (I really wanted the skillet breakfast). If you want a classic small town diner with home style food, this is it. The decor is classic, with vintage Coca Cola signage and posters. Our server was very attentive, and we enjoyed bottomless coffee. The food was very good for a diner. The prices are fair, and my boyfriend enjoyed a full and filling breakfast. My roast beef and mashed potatoes were a little under-seasoned, but I've found that tends to be the case in a lot of small town diners. Our pie was really good but the slice was a little smaller than we were expecting. Definitely worth the side trip! read more

A group of us were in town for a school event and stopped in on a wintery Friday evening to try it out. The place sits cozily on the corner of Walnut and 4th with a welcoming atmosphere. We all tried a different burger and fries combo and everyone praised how good they tasted. When we pass through in any future trips we'll definitely be stopping. This is my favorite place in town to eat? They have great breakfast especially bisquits and gravy and hash browns and gravy. They have the best ham and beans I've ever had in my life! Ordered a cheese burger. The menu was thicker than the burger. It was smaller than the Walmart (Untoasted) bun that they servered it on. Let me put it this way. They unwrapped the Kraft cheese, tore it in half, and melted it on the patty. The cheese was bigger than the patty! I asked for everything with it. Meaning lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. I only got the pickle. There is a diner at the local grocery store, I recommend that before this place. read more
