When making my reservations, time is built in for traffic and we take the safest, most direct route. Drivers arrive dressed in professional attire; are kind and sincere. I found Bill's after another car service refused to take me to Boston Logan! Since that time they have been my go to car service. During one especially sad instance, we even drove to a Military funeral in Arlington National Cemetery -- my driver could not have been safer, more attentive and compassionate. He rested during the repast when we had time to share memories and offer condolences. Bill's Limo has excellent drivers, vehicles and the utmost concern for providing excellent customer service.
