Everybody I know loves their Granny's collards best, but I swear that these are truly outstanding. The werewolf was great, I really liked the slaw/collard/mayo synergy, with a generous amount of roast beef. Service was great today, so I am assuming my previous visit was the exception. Every time I pass through (or near to) Columbia, I shall be back.

I have been recommended this place by multiple people throughout the years and finally got a chance to give it a try. (Well, I say that but mainly because I go to Gold's Deli everytime I'm in Columbia. So it was time to share the love) They have a pretty large menu of various sandwiches, I wish I had grabbed a picture of them. I asked the cashier if she had to pick one sandwich which one would it be, she gave me a list of about 3 that all sounded amazing. The fourth she suggested was if you're overwhelmed or unsure just get the Italian. I LOVE Italian sandwiches so that is what I ended up with. Everything here is fresh so I waited about 5-10 minutes for my sandwich to get made. I will definitely be trying out some of the more adventurous creations next time but this was so good. This Italian has a freshness to it that I have a hard time describing but their olive oil blend is lovely, the olives, banana peppers and lettuce helped with that fresh taste as well I'm sure. The bread is incredible! It taste house baked, crisp outer crust with a pillowy interior. The house chips were also really good and salted perfectly. The inside is cool, it's a microbrewery and there's subtle like alien themes throughout? Overall can't wait to try it out again, stop by if you're ever down in Columbia!

I had to come back and update my review because this place continues to impress me. If you haven't…read morebeen to Light Hill Meats yet, you're seriously missing out. The quality of everything they sell is top-notch, and it's become one of my favorite local spots for fresh meat. But this visit, I have to talk about the blueberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Wow. It was one of those desserts that makes you stop talking after the first bite. The cobbler was warm, packed with sweet blueberries, and had the perfect buttery, crumbly topping. Paired with the cold, creamy vanilla ice cream melting into it, it was absolutely incredible. I honestly wasn't expecting to find one of my favorite desserts at a butcher shop, but here we are! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions or make recommendations. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their products and the experience they provide. It's rare that I update a review, but this place earned it. Between the outstanding meats, excellent customer service, and now one of the best blueberry cobblers I've had, Light Hill Meats keeps giving me reasons to come back. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor--grab some meat for dinner and don't leave without trying the blueberry cobbler and vanilla ice cream. You can thank me later!

I like to support local businesses, but it's become obnoxious. Perfect example is they sell Masa Chips for $15 a bag. I have ordered them direct for months, @16 bags for $56, free shipping. Seriously, I am all for running a profitable business, but I stopped shopping there for a year, and finally went back for sausage just last week. I will again, go back to Semler Farms.

Last time I went she was also offering gingerbread bars and cranberry spiced apple cider, both of which were incredibly tasty. The space is small but has a few small tables for visitors to enjoy hot chocolate service (which seems to be offered relatively often during the cold months) and chat. Our server, James G, was fantastic. Such a warm and engaging person. The atmosphere is classy without being pretentious. The food was amazing--highly recommend the burrata, the BBQ pork sandwich plate[ a 'daily special', may not always be available], the truffle fries, truffle mac and the absolutely divine multi-layer Chocolate cake. James was a great mixologist, and I tried both the Hibiscus Sour and the Dreamsicle. Both were great, but my fave was the Hibiscus Sour. There is also a butcher shop at the front and the very sweet expert helped us to pick out a A5 Wagyu steak that we're really looking forward to trying. If you're in Columbia or the surrounding areas, I would truly recommend giving Prime and Pint a try. Would we drive from Huntsville to go here again? Absolutely, yes!

Overall, great spot for good food and drinks. I'll definitely be back!
