Everybody I know loves their Granny's collards best, but I swear that these are truly outstanding. The werewolf was great, I really liked the slaw/collard/mayo synergy, with a generous amount of roast beef. Service was great today, so I am assuming my previous visit was the exception. Every time I pass through (or near to) Columbia, I shall be back.

I have been recommended this place by multiple people throughout the years and finally got a chance to give it a try. (Well, I say that but mainly because I go to Gold's Deli everytime I'm in Columbia. So it was time to share the love) They have a pretty large menu of various sandwiches, I wish I had grabbed a picture of them. I asked the cashier if she had to pick one sandwich which one would it be, she gave me a list of about 3 that all sounded amazing. The fourth she suggested was if you're overwhelmed or unsure just get the Italian. I LOVE Italian sandwiches so that is what I ended up with. Everything here is fresh so I waited about 5-10 minutes for my sandwich to get made. I will definitely be trying out some of the more adventurous creations next time but this was so good. This Italian has a freshness to it that I have a hard time describing but their olive oil blend is lovely, the olives, banana peppers and lettuce helped with that fresh taste as well I'm sure. The bread is incredible! It taste house baked, crisp outer crust with a pillowy interior. The house chips were also really good and salted perfectly. The inside is cool, it's a microbrewery and there's subtle like alien themes throughout? Overall can't wait to try it out again, stop by if you're ever down in Columbia!

We found out from a local that this location is an up and coming arts district. Across the street is more seating. The market inside is very small and quaint. The young lady at the counter was very polite and helpful. My husband and I ordered sandwich's; he got the muffuletta (did not get a picture, but he said it was very good), and I got the Country Fire (pictured). I knew as soon as I saw "chicken cutlet" and mozzarella, this sandwich was for me. It was very toasty, cheesy, and flavorful. The bomba gave it an extra kick. They have MANY desserts. Tiramisu is my absolute favorite dessert. It was light with a ton of espresso which I loved. The little chocolate was a nice little touch. My husband got the crème brûlée cheesecake with raspberries on top (he ate it before I got a picture). He said it was very creamy.and delicious. Would love to stop and eat here again!

We had the Sicilian porchetta /hot peppers sandwich, the Savarino eggplant/rabe sandwich, & a couple of cannolis for dessert. There are tables outside but it was raining so we ate in the car cause it all smelled so good we would've never made it back to the house! The sandwiches were definitely worth the ride & those cannoli were the best we've had since leaving NY. We took a box of assorted cookies to take home, included lemon drops (wife's favorite). The bakery smells amazing & there are lots of Italian pantry specialties for sale. We can't say enough good things & we will absolutely be back!

Last time I went she was also offering gingerbread bars and cranberry spiced apple cider, both of which were incredibly tasty. The space is small but has a few small tables for visitors to enjoy hot chocolate service (which seems to be offered relatively often during the cold months) and chat. I try to always stop by when I'm in town.

We ordered the burrata to start and it was absolutely incredible. 10/10. Next I ordered the cheeseburger. It was cooked to perfection! I'm more of a traditional pickle girl so I could have done without the bread and butter but overall this was a 5 star experience! Unfortunately.... Dinner: fast forward several weeks to coming here on a weeknight for a family birthday dinner. There were 7 adults and 3 kids so not outrageous in numbers. While the food was still good, 3/5 steaks were overcooked after waiting 1.5 hours for our food. I'd like to note that Adam, our waiter, was absolutely fantastic. He was so sweet with my 4 year old that loves to order himself and even brought him a roll when he asked if they had bread! He is the reason I'll give this place one more try as a tiebreaker because tonight, the kitchen just failed. I'll add in, this seems like a great place for a date night. Do not bring your children here. The wait time for any food coupled with not having a changing table in the bathroom tells me this is not a kid friendly place. Honestly if it weren't for our server, I would have considered leaving after our food hadn't shown up in an hour after ordering it.
